المكان جميل وطاقم الفندق والضيافة علي اعلي مستوي واشكر كل من معاذ و ناجي و جومانة و اسامة و خالد و كريم علي كرم الضيافة وحسن الاستقبال

Situation facile pour taper la journée avant de reprendre l'avion dans la nouvelle marina.
Douche et sanitaires approximativement OK.
Le prix, beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation.
L'hotel semble toujours en rénovation, comme souvent en Egypte.
A part l'accès au beach club (musique forte non stop, playlist répétitive,...)
Cela vaut juste pour se taper une journée en attendant l'avion.
Hotel was clean and updated
Breakfast service was exceptionally poor. Took over an hour to get a coffee/ breakfast and the order was wrong. Tried to explain to staff but they wernt interested.
Hotel also charged me twice for stay and I've still yet to hear anything back from them regarding a refund of the double charge.

بجانب جمال الفندق وهدوئه، إلا أن العنصر البشري والخدمة هما ما جعلا إقامتي هنا لا تُنسى. أود أن أخص بالذكر شخصيتين كان لهما دور كبير في جعل إقامتنا مريحة وممتعة للغاية:
🔹 الأستاذة جمانة (الاستقبال) .. عنوان الرقي والترحاب
كل كلمات الشكر لا توفي الأخت جمانة حقها. بنت في غاية الاحترام والأدب، وتتعامل مع النزلاء باحترافية شديدة ممزوجة بروح طيبة وابتسامة صادقة لا تفارق وجهها. هي ليست مجرد موظفة استقبال، بل هي واجهة مشرفة ومثالية للفندق؛ تخدمك بكل حب وتفانٍ، وتبذل قصارى جهدها لتذليل أي عقبات وضمان راحة الضيوف منذ لحظة الوصول وحتى المغادرة. وجودها يضيف للمكان دفئاً وراحة نفسية تجعلك تشعر وكأنك في بيتك.
🔹 الأستاذ كريم (خدمة الغرف) .. سرعة، أمانة، وتعاون ملموس
أما بالنسبة للأخ كريم من فريق خدمة الغرف، فهو نموذج للشاب المجتهد والمتعاون. يتميز بمرونة عالية وأخلاق رفيعة، ويلبي كل الاحتياجات والطلبات بسرعة فائقة وبشاشة صدر. يهتم بأدق التفاصيل لراحة النزيل، وبمجرد التواصل معه تجده حاضراً للمساعدة في أي وقت وبمنتهى الاحترافية والدقة.
كلمة أخيرة:
إن وجود جمانة وكريم في أجيرا بوتيك هو أكبر ميزة تنافسية للفندق، فهما يعكسان المفهوم الحقيقي للضيافة المصرية الراقية. شكراً جزيلاً لهما، وهما السبب الأول الذي يجعلني أفكّر في تكرار الزيارة مراراً وتكراراً! أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق بشدة.
لا يوجد شيء جوهري لم يعجبني، الإقامة كانت مريحة جداً والخدمة ممتازة، فقط أتمنى في الزيارات القادمة أن تستمر الإدارة في الحفاظ على هذا المستوى الرائع وتطوير الخدمات أكثر
