Tout simplement parfait !
Pros:

Comment décrire la gentillesse, l’aimabilité et le service de cet établissement ?
C’était tout simplement incroyable, Mohammed nous a arrangé sur plusieurs choses, ce qui nous a rendu un grand service. L’hôtel est vraiment beau et bien situé. Très fiable je recommande à 200%! Merci pour ce beau séjour nous reviendrons :)

Légèrement bruyant à cause des établissements autour mais ça été terminé assez tôt

Amazing stay, amazing location and super friendly staff!
Pros:

It was really comfortable and a perfect location! The staf was really friendly. We were too late with the check out, but they were kind and friendly and didn’t make a problem.

Hôtel agréable et reposant
Pros:

Hôtel très sympa, propre et confortable. Il est situé dans la Marina qui est un peu le "disneyland" des touristes (si vous voulez un hôtel authentique, ce n’est pas le bon endroit). Bon petit dej (sur menu : continental, anglais, égyptien, etc.) avec une vue magnifique en rooftop sur la mer. Nous n’avons pas testé le resto. L’hotel vous donne -10% sur deux restos dans la Marina.

Cons:

Attention, le beach club (piscine, plage) ferme à 17h et n’est pas "privé". C’est un complexe et l’heure de fermeture est assez tôt donc difficile d’en profiter si on a prévu des choses dans la journée. Je crois qu’on peut cependant rester à la plage un peu plus tard (à confirmer).

Ottimo per chi vuole passare qualche giorno a Hurghada in una posizione strategica.
Pros:

La posizione all’interno della marina era ottima! Anche la possibilità di avere la spiaggia e la piscina a pochi passi, ogni richiesta è stata gentilmente esaudita.

Cons:

Trovato il bagno non ben pulito al nostro arrivo e anche altri oggetti in stanza, tra cui un po’ di sporcizia nei cuscini. Sicuramente è consigliata una migliore attenzione alla pulizia.

Wir sind froh, dass wir nur eine Nacht dort waren und nie wieder hin müssen.
Pros:

Das einzig positive ist, dass die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich waren.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist alles andere als sauber und wird sehr lieblos behandelt. Nahezu jedes Möbelstück hat Macken, der Boden hatte Schlieren, die Fenster wurden schon lange nicht mehr geputzt. Wenn man mit Schuhen darüber gelaufen ist, hat man überall Abdrücke gesehen. Noch schlimmer wurde es als wir mit nassen Schuhen aus der Dusche kamen. Wir hatten mit Schuhen geduscht, weil es uns geekelt hat. Das Ausmaß an Dreck haben wir in einem Hotel so tatsächlich Gott sei Dank noch nicht erlebt. Theoretisch wurde versucht, das Hotel stylisch zu gestalten, die Dachterasse mit Restaurant war z.B. an sich auch gut gedacht und könnte ganz süß sein, wenn man aber nur ein bisschen genauer hinsieht, entpuppt es sich leider als lieblos und vernachlässigt. Auch im Restaurant war weder Besteck noch Geschirr wirklich sauber.

Die Fenster im Zimmer (wir hatten die Suite mit Meerblick, die ihrem Namen leider so gar nicht gerecht wird) liessen sich leider nicht vollständig schließen, ein kleiner Spalt war immer offen. Das war besonders unvorteilhaft, da im Restaurant unten drunter bis 23 Uhr sehr laute live-Musik gespielt wurde. Man hatte das Gefühl, das Konzert findet direkt in unserem Zimmer statt, eine private Zimmerparty wäre auf alle Fälle eine Option gewesen. Diese wurde dann nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen beendet. (Das Restaurant gehört zur gleichen Gruppe wie das Hotel).

Der Service und die Rezeption waren nett, unsere Koffer wurden ins Zimmer gebracht. Auch der Kellner im Restaurant war sehr höflich.

Wir hängen ein paar der Bilder an, leider ist die Anzahl auf vier begrenzt. Wir hätten noch einige mehr zeigen können. Auch ein Video der Musik hätten wir gerne angefügt, leider ist auch das hier nicht möglich.

Wir haben versucht, alles mit Humor zu nehmen, das hat ein bisschen geholfen.

Zweck erfüllend
Pros:

Nettes Personal, direkt an der Marina gelegen, nahe am Flughafen mit gutem Transferservice organisiert vom Hotel.

Cons:

Fenster sind nicht verschliessbar, durch die Spalten pfeift der Wind und entspr. sind sie extrem hellhörig, was schlafen zumindest in den Fenstern mit Meerblick unmöglich macht bis Mitternacht. Auf Nachfrage wurden wir mehrfach um 15 min vertröstet. Außerdem sind der Boden und die Amaturen dreckig und beim ersten Wasserhahn öffnen läuft rostig rötliches Wasser aus.

Es war sehr schön, die Lage ist durch die Marina gut und viel ruhiger als draußen.
Pros:

Alles sehr sauber, toller Room-Service, schöne Austattung, gute Lage und schöne Dachterasse! Auch sehr gutes Personal, vorallem Mahmoud an der Rezeption war sehr nett!

Cons:

Von der Buchung aus hatten wir eigentlich Frühstück gehabt, das mussten wir dann aber vor ort noch draufzahlen… Da lieber nochmal zweimal nachschauen!

Good value for money in a good location
Pros:

Good location on the marina. Offered free access to Blue Beach and discount in restaurants owned by the company. Clean and well presented. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Noise!! The ventilation in the bathroom banged constantly giving a disturbed night sleep. Inconsiderate guests, which isn’t a fault of the hotel. Garden view leaves a bit to the imagination
