Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt in der Marina. Wie schön viele vor mir geschrieben haben ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen...
Sehr freundliche Angestellte die sich direkt um alles kümmern.
Zum Pool: da hat Hotel hat keinen eigenen Pool, allerdings hat man kostenfreien Zugang zum Blue Beach Club. Dort gibt's ein Pool und ein Strand. Uns hat der beadh Club nicht sehr gut gefallen.

J’avais une réservation confirmée et entièrement prépayée à Ajira Boutique Hotel. Pourtant, à mon arrivée, on m’a informée que ma chambre n’était pas disponible.
L’établissement ne s’est pas réellement impliqué pour trouver une solution concrète sur place. J’ai dû me débrouiller seule et réserver une autre chambre en urgence, ce qui a été extrêmement stressant après un long trajet.
On m’a indiqué qu’Amira m’avait fait une “upgrade”, mais il est important de préciser que la chambre que j’avais initialement réservée était déjà une chambre supérieure. Il ne s’agissait donc pas d’un réel geste commercial compensant la situation.
À ce jour, je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon remboursement ni d’informations claires concernant le traitement de mon dossier, malgré mes relances. Le manque d’organisation et de communication est très décevant.
Je déconseille cet établissement tant que la gestion des réservations et le service client ne seront pas améliorés.

Au lieu de profiter de mes vacances, j’ai passé mon temps à gérer des appels, des échanges de mails et des démarches administratives pour tenter de résoudre le problème. J’ai clairement fait plus d’administration que de réelles vacances.

Die Lage in der Marina, das Frühstück auf der Terrasse und vor allem das freundliche Personal. Der grosse Balkon er bietet bequeme Sessel. Ich war zum dritten Mal dort und würde es wieder buchen.

Cons:

Das Restaurant gleich darunter hat oft laute Sportberichte laufen. Man kann nur mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen.

Watch out! These hotel employees do not handle your personal information carefully. They shared my contact details with a person outside the hotel who then stalks me. My full name and phone number are easily spread. I will therefore report this and that everything is sorted out to the bottom. And when you trying to call them about it they don’t answer the phone.
So for everyone that is searching great service and care of your personal information. I wouldnt recomand this hotel.

Bloody awful night

It’s position in the Marina

Cons:

The Bloody noise from the Bloody Blue Beach Club until 02-00 in the morning felt like going over there and putting my fist through the Bloody Speakers. Don’t have any a front Rooms ,should have remembered from previous stays . Shall be booking the Bay Hotel in future

Dejlig rent, fine værelser og sødt personale - og rigtig god beliggenhed🫰 super skønt med tilhørende Beach club

Eneste minus er trykket i bruseren - det var meget svagt og temperaturen kunne ikke blive særlig varm. Ellers var der ikke noget, at sætte en finger på☺️

L’emplacement dans la marina est parfait, proche de tous ces restaurants et des départs en bateau. Personnel au top

Cons:

Hôtel bruyant, La bel vue mer est gâchée par le bruit du club juste en face. Musique jusqu en plein milieu de la nuit. J ai été obligé de dormir avec des boules quies.
Pour un peu plus de calme préfères le côté rue.

Cons:

A twin room had been booked 6 months before for 2 friends travelling . On arrival ( straight from airport ) rude receptionist stated that we should have arrived earlier and she had given our room to someone else , only a double remaining .
There was some noise from the beach bar party till early hours .
The beach club pool is unheated
