The Urban

This place is a nightmare to live in. The staff are horrible, everything is dirty, and they nickel and dime you moving in and out. The rooms are incredibly tiny and not worth the price at all. There is no real bathroom door or sink either. Do not live here.

The big complaint is when the building is empty there is literally no hot water. It is an adorable little tiny house. Very close to the stadium. Parking is safe and off the street. Highly recommend it.

Very well kept, clean, quiet, residents seemed respectful of the property. Safe environment.
Some fixtures in the room we stayed in could be tightened up-facet was wobbly and bathroom door latch was broken

The hotel itself and the staff is amazing! We checked in with no issues. The room is very small, but it’s very clean and cozy. We only stayed for one night and it was perfect! There’s free ice cream which we loved as adults on a weekend getaway.
The only issue I guess would be the outside area with a lot of trash everywhere and all around the trash bins. This is near the Ohio State University so lots of college students so it’s kinda expected, but kind of a sore eye. I would still stay here again though. Easy Uber ride to the Nationwide arena and literally you can walk to the Buckeyes Stadium!

This room was tiny, but the property was very interesting. It had lots of spaces to congregate. It was very walkable to the concert and the parking felt safe.

Very good location, especially to sporting events and the business school complex. Very safe neighborhood.

BEAUTIFUL & CONVENIENT LOCATION

The room is so small. I wake up early, but my wife don’t so all I was able to do was just lay in bed with her, had nothing to do.

Prime Game Day location.

The room was tiny but we knew that going in. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was super helpful and kind. I would definitely stay there again. It is near the Schottenstein Center so you can just walk there. There is also a free parking garage.

Great access to football stadium, but increasingly centered in maximizing income from dormitory rentals than any rental needs of people visiting for football games or college events

Great location

Room is small - very small. Nice hotel if you are not going to stay in the hotel. Convenient to the OSU stadium and campus. Within walking distance of the shoe

The elevator was down for my stay and I was on the 6th floor. The hot tub was also broken and the construction across the street made it impossible to get to the building. For such a tiny room, it’s not worth it, even for the proximity to campus. I cannot recommend it.

Assigned a dirty room, then had another person assigned to our second room. Then the TV did not work and once we got that fixed, the only channels we could get were ROKU...no live TV and no live sports.
Would have left early , but it was a football weekend and other hotels were booked.

The hotel served its purpose.

Quarters were tight, definitely not as spacious as I would have liked but amazing for the price.
