Please note that for reservations of 28 nights or more, the property requires a deposit.

Please note that for reservations of 28-59 nights, a deposit of SEK 5000 is required, and for reservations of 60-90 nights, a deposit of SEK 10000 is required. The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival.

Please note that the property allows stays of up to 6 months.

The front desk opening hours are from 07:00 to 21:00.

Guests will receive a welcome letter with instructions regarding late check-ins as well as digital check-in.

Manque de propreté malgré le bon placement
Pros:

Établissement est proche du centre ville avec un arrêt de tramway à proximité ce qui le rend à seulement 10 minutes du centre ville

Cons:

La cuisine était sale, pas d’éponge pour laver, présence de gras et de reste de nourriture sur la plaque de cuisson, vaisselle juste laver à l’eau par les anciens locataires… De plus il y avait des pointes de clous sur la plainte entre le couloir et la salle de bain. Ensuite on avait réservé un lit double et on s’est retrouvé avec seulement une couette de lit simple, pas d’autres draps/couette la nuit était pas très agréable sachant qu’il faisait un peu froid dans l’appartement

Pros:

Lite tunn i min smak, är ju för bacon och prinskorvar och mindre bröd kille. Det behöver inte vara speciellt mycket men det ska i så fall vara lite mer kvalite på det som serveras och små saker som salt, senap och annat betyder mycket för min upplevelse

Cons:

Fanns inget jag inte tycket om det var ett fantastikst ställe, visst jag hade kunnat önska mig en bastu för det hade varit trevligt efter en kall dag på stan.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet, hatte eine gut ausgestattete und funktionsfähige Küche und war insgesamt sehr sauber.

Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab passende Optionen sowohl für vegetarische als auch für laktoseunverträgliche Gäste.

Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar, liegt jedoch etwas weiter vom Flughafen entfernt. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Great place and nice staff.
Pros:

Great place, very clean and exactly what I needed. warm as soon as you enter from the cold outside. Staff very friendly (especially Zacharia, he was very welcoming - but all do their absolute best.

Cons:

Not something I didn't like but just to note that there is no daily room cleaning with this hotel.

Pros:

Lugnt och trevligt hotell. Nära tvärbana samt mataffär. Perfekt om man ska gå på konsert i Avicii arena eller 3 arena.

Cons:

Att ventilationen pep/viner hela natten. Litet frukost utbud. Saknade dörrmatta samt hårda sängar.

Would be a 10/10 if people were more receptive
Pros:

-The rooms are great! High ceiling makes the room feel big, even though it is regular sized.
-Most of the staff were nice.
-The room has all the appliances you could need (cutlery, bowls and dishes, portable stove, oven etc.)! This is a HUGE bonus in my opinion. That alone is a reason to stay here.
-The location is good.
-The room was quiet.
-The bathroom/shower is good.
-The bed was comfortable and big.
-Everything was clean.
-There were many towels, which I'm thankful for.
-You can connect your phone to the TV and I couldn't complain about the internet either

Cons:

-The breakfast is not good... There's nothing warm to eat, there's very little variety, the cereal sucks and I ended up living on mini muffins (those were amazing, by the way) because the bread could qualify as a weapon it was so hard. It's not exactly "French breakfast", but I wouldn't say it's too far from it either.
-Most of the staff were nice and helpful except for one dude in the reception. If you say that you'll look into something, then do. He either doesn't care or has the memory of a goldfish. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name so I can't point fingers and name names.
-It was cold even with the heating turned all the way up.
