For reservations longer than 28 nights UNITY requires a deposit to be paid. For reservations of 28-59 nights a deposit of 5 000 sek is required and for reservations of 60-90 nights a deposit of 10 000 sek is required. The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival. UNITY allows a maximum stay of 90 consecutive days. For further stays there needs to be a break of 2 nights between reservations. The new opening hours of the front desk is 7AM-9PM. Our guests will receive a welcome letter with instructions regarding late check-ins and as well as digital check-in. Weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Extra cleaning is available for additional feeThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

-The rooms are great! High ceiling makes the room feel big, even though it is regular sized.
-Most of the staff were nice.
-The room has all the appliances you could need (cutlery, bowls and dishes, portable stove, oven etc.)! This is a HUGE bonus in my opinion. That alone is a reason to stay here.
-The location is good.
-The room was quiet.
-The bathroom/shower is good.
-The bed was comfortable and big.
-Everything was clean.
-There were many towels, which I'm thankful for.
-You can connect your phone to the TV and I couldn't complain about the internet either
-The breakfast is not good... There's nothing warm to eat, there's very little variety, the cereal sucks and I ended up living on mini muffins (those were amazing, by the way) because the bread could qualify as a weapon it was so hard. It's not exactly "French breakfast", but I wouldn't say it's too far from it either.
-Most of the staff were nice and helpful except for one dude in the reception. If you say that you'll look into something, then do. He either doesn't care or has the memory of a goldfish. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name so I can't point fingers and name names.
-It was cold even with the heating turned all the way up.

Att ventilationen pep/viner hela natten. Litet frukost utbud. Saknade dörrmatta samt hårda sängar.
Great location, really accessible for the centre and arena. 2 minutes from a tram station but in a quiet area.
Really clean and quiet, all things you could need in the apartment. Looking forward to returning.
The pillows- I was on my own but would have been a disaster if there was two. More and better quality would be preferred but aside from this nothing to complain about.

L'estractor de la cuina estava una mica brut i provocava que se sentis força soroll. Un cop el vam netejar ja va parar el soroll.
Personal oli viisakas, sõbralik ja väga lahke, tuba oli puhas ja korralik, kõik vajalik oli olemas, hommikusöök oli mitmekesine ja tervislik! Väga hea kogemus, kindlasti järgmine kord tuleme jälle!
This was an excellent choice for accommodation near Avicii Arena. Room was very nice - felt fresh but not too bold with interior design. I really liked the big windows. Although breakfast choice was not big, it was all fresh and tasty. Very convenient check in process.
Room could have been a bit warmer. In February I was longing for quick warm up after long day of sightseeing. Otherwise everything was just what I needed for my one night stay.

We moeten ook zelf om nieuwe handdoeken of toiletpapier vragen.
This is a lovely coliving. The studio I stayed in was not very big, but used the space smartly so that I had everything I needed. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen small but functional, and the bathroom is great. I loved the location, which is quiet yet not far from public transport and an easy ride into the city center. The neighborhood is lovely and the staff is just great.
The windows wouldn't open at all. Even in the winter, I prefer to air out my studio even if it just for a couple of minutes. Breakfast was decent and tasty, but a bit limited.
Close to Avicii arena, quiet, spacious, everything was automated and truly easy to use!
The space between the bunkbed and the wall was absolutely filthy, filled with piled up dust, used nicotine pouches, and etc. Noticed it after the first night, as I have a dust allergy and could not stop sneezing.
Also, no cutlery, although the hotel room should operate as a studio. Breakfast sat out in the open, selection was tiny.
Absolutely love the location of this place, so close to the city centre, the tram stop is just around a corner, very calm atmosphere. Always clean and welcoming. Love returning to these apartments of Unity. The best value for money apartments in the Stockholm area.
