Skip this hotel if you need mini fridge.
Pros:

The reception is nice and supportive when we encounter problems. The room price is low in Vienna.

Cons:

No fridge!!! No room clean during holiday, it's very insane. We can't even get enough new towel in the Easter holiday.

Pros:

Nice location close to Schönbrunn palace

Cons:

Rooms are not cleaned automatically but only on explicit request from the guest (via QR code).This request must be made in advance 1 day. The reason is the enviroment...Besides, the room was not clean even before our arrival. We consider this wrong in quite expensive hotel in 21st century.

Cons:

The hotel’s policy is to clean the rooms every three days; however, my room wasn't cleaned even on the third day. The carpet was also dirty in several spots. The location is not convenient if you are looking to visit the city. Additionally, the reception is not open 24 hours, so it is often difficult to reach a staff member if there is an issue. In fact, one night it was hard to sleep due to the noise from the guests in the room above, but it was impossible to notify the staff.

Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Ruhige Zimmer trotz vielbefahrener Straße, Fensterfront extrem schalldicht. Zugehörige Tiefgarage praktisch, direkter Zugang über's Treppenhaus. Ordentlicher Neubau, vermutlich komplett renoviert.

Cons:

Ablagen für Koffer wären vorteilhaft; leider nur zwei Stühle im Dreibettzimmer

Preis-Leistung okay. Das Personal hat die Lage (relativ weit außerhalb und rückseitig gegenüber von einem Schrottplatz)

Cons:

Ein Kleiderschrank hat gefehlt. Das Familienzimmer ist ziemlich eng. Zu dritt noch okay, zu viert kaum vorstellbar.

Ok for short stay
Pros:

The hotel is ok, normal price, normal facilities, basic. Parking is underground, 15 euro/day extra cost.
Breakfast is medium.
Tram stop very close to hotel. It takes 35-40 minutes to center.
Surroundings are clean, look safe.

Cons:

The pillows are low quality.
