Pros:

Super Lage in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof und Ubahn. Das Zimmer was groß und die Betten bequem.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war doch etwas "rustikal" und es gab keinen Schrank um Jacken usw. zu verstauen.

Hygiene issues ruined an otherwise convenient stay.
Pros:

Easy to find, with a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a good location. The staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast though small was delicious.

Cons:

Although my stay was prepaid, I had to pay again to access the room due to the self check-in system. While the staff were helpful and refunded the extra payment, the experience was frustrating and disappointing from the start. I didn’t inspect the room upon checking in and went for a walk instead, and upon returning to the room, I was shocked by the state of cleanliness: some towels were dirty, the shower was covered in long black hairs and even had a shaving razor left behind, and the glass next to the shower was coated in soap and lime spots (as someone who has worked for years in the hotel industry, cleaning it with towels that are used by the guests is completely unacceptable). There were also toothpaste spots in the sink, very low water pressure, and the shower door’s rubber seal wasn’t properly attached, leaving the bathroom floor soaked. These hygiene failures were so bad that I even questioned having breakfast despite it being included. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and the lack of cleanliness made it extremely disappointing and uncomfortable.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé, les filles d'accueil sont très sympathiques, L'hôtel a équipé la petite salle à manger à libre service, c'est bien pratique pour en cas de pluie.

Moderne große Zimmer
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in Nähe der Oper und das Zentrum ist wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und bieten neben einem großen Bett auch einen Sessel mit Tisch.
Die Dusche ist bodentief.
Beim Frühstück kann man aus fünf Menüs wählen inkl. Heißgetränk sowie Softgetränk und einem Stück Obst (Banane oder Apfel).

Cons:

Die Betten waren leider in beiden Zimmern sehr weich/durchgelegen. Der Bodenbelag ist unangenehm (von der Haptik wie ein Sisalteppich), der auch nicht wirklich sauber aussah.
In einem der Zimmer waren die Seifenspender am Waschbecken und in der Dusche leer.
Persönlich hat uns der Blick auf die Sichtbetondecke und die grau in grau gehaltene Einrichtung nicht so gut gefallen.
