Pros:

Goedkoop hotel op een goede locatie. Dichtbij de stad. Perfect voor een nachtje Antwerpen met vrienden. Parkeergarage onder het hotel.

Das Konzept von Citybox geht auf - hoher Komfort und Qualität der Einrichtung zu einem günstigen Preis

Cons:

Der Check - In erfolgt an einem Automaten völlig problemlos - dass man überhaupt keinen Kontakt zu Personal hat, ist schade und mindert die Vorteile des Aufenthalts.

Good place for a decent price.

Self check-in is very easy. The room was spacious, it had almost everything one might need. Good location.

Bello, ma poteva andare meglio.

Posizione comoda, uso di cucina, semplicità nelle operazioni di check in e check out.
Comunicazione rapida e immediata con SMS delle notizie relative al soggiorno, indispensabile, anche vista l'assenza di personale dedicato.

Cons:

Nelle camere è presente un enorme televisore che però trasmette esclusivamente contenuti del cliente (connessione a pay tv, chiavette usb...). Per chi come me ha viaggiato da solo, la TV, è apprezzabile, anche solo per notiziari o previsioni del tempo e fa un po' di compagnia. In questo caso , non avendo l'abbonamento a Netflix, è stato come non averla. Situazione aggravata dal fatto che durante la mia permanenza, durata meno di 24 ore, per la maggior parte del tempo gli ascensori sono stati fuori servizio. Data la stanchezza del viaggio e la posizione della camera all' ultimo piano, ho passato la serata guardando il muro, per evitare di scendere e risalire 6 piani di scale ogni volta.
