Pretty good, would stay again.
Pros:

Very comfy bed. Very convenient location. Good parking. Blinds were pretty good, so the room was quite dark. Nice to have a kitchen.

Cons:

Shower was weak. No microwave or dishwasher. Walls were thin.

Shower and amenities - clean. There is a towel dryer. Great location.

Cons:

In the first room, the bed was dirty, the room was changed to another. The same in the second room. Changed to a third room of the same class. In the third room, the TV did not work, the kitchen equipment was without lighting, the extractor hood was a prop. We did not cook, but if we did, all the smells and steam would remain in the room, maybe the alarm would go off. The reception is next door, every time with a complaint and suitcases you have to walk a long way. The view from the window was to the wall of the opposite house, the room smelled of the kitchen of the next door. Completely disappointing, considering that the hotel positions itself as a new, high-class accommodation. And also - an unbearable amount of air fresheners in the stairwell.

Nýttum ekki morgunverðinn. Staðsetningin er mjög góð. Hreinlæti innan dyra var óaðfinnanlegt.

Cons:

Íbúðin er frekar dimm og mjög lágt er til lofts. Svefnherbergið er mjög lítið og bagalegt að hafa ekki nema eitt náttborð og einn leslampa þannig að aðeins einn aðili getur lesið í rúminu. Verst var þó útsýnið útum litlu gluggana tvo því úti gaf að líta rusl og ruslapoka hjá nærliggjandi húsi sem er gestum ekki boðlegt og er til skammar fyrir giststaðinn.

Very friendly staff. The room was adequate but much smaller and darker than anticipated. Would not recommend for 3 adults, and would recommend the balcony rooms as the windows were very small in the room with little light getting in, which could be nice in the long summer sun at night.

Room, especially bedroom, was much smaller then anticipated. Would not recommend for 3 adults, but it is very large for a couple.
