Great staff - rooms are cool.
There is heavy construction that starts at 7am in the morning- however it is stated. But it is pretty heavy.

The room is pretty clean
It‘s pretty loud outside. Bathroom was separated with the bedroom by only one big cutain, which is for me very weird. Food was ok-ish, not much to choose so i would rather eat outside. We were very excited for the pool, which was the only reason why we booked it, but it was veeery small. So all in all it wasnt worth the price we paid.

Lokalizacja - nie biorąc pod uwagę prac jakie obecnie trwają w obrębie hotelu fajna lokalizacja choć głośno do godzin porannych.
Śniadania - zdecydowanie biedne, bez ciepłego posiłku. Bekon oraz kiełbaska o kiepskiej jakości przynoszone przez obsługę z AIR Fraiera. Pieczywo twarde, momentami czerstwe. Niestety w tym zakresie hotel absolutnie nie spełnił oczekiwań. Zdecydowanie do poprawy. Jakoś śniadań w stosunku do ceny zupełnie nieadekwatny.

На месте соседнего здания началась стройка! Роют котлован и здание буквально вибрирует от того, что в метре долбят землю. Я пробыла в отеле ровно 2 часа и сбежала. Так ужасно шумно. Плюс с другой стороны и напротив тоже стройка. Т.е. дом буквально окружён стройкой. Это самое ужасное проживание за 20 лет путешествий, вернее прибывание. Заплатила 60 евро и срочно уехала. Никто не предупредил и не посчитал нормальным вернуть оплату.

I would also like to raise a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at Flamingo Hotel Malta.
During my stay, I was charged an additional €30, which was presented as a security deposit. I strongly object to this charge and will attach the relevant receipt for your reference. Once again, I believe that such deposits should be clearly and transparently disclosed through the Booking.com platform before a reservation is confirmed.
In addition, my experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing due to several serious issues:
* The hotel is located directly next to a construction site, resulting in excessive and constant noise.
* I was woken up at approximately 8:00 a.m. because of the construction work, making it impossible to rest.
* The noise continued into the evening, significantly affecting my comfort and enjoyment of my stay.
* The cleanliness of the hotel was also below an acceptable standard and did not meet the quality I expected.
Overall, the accommodation did not provide the peaceful and comfortable environment that was advertised and fell far below reasonable expectations.
I respectfully request that Booking.com carefully review this matter, take my complaint into consideration, and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and poor experience. I also ask that the €30 security deposit be reviewed and refunded if applicable, and that greater transparency be ensured for future guests regarding any mandatory deposits or additional charges.
