Basic, nothing spectacular
Pros:

Good location in St Julian if you’re looking for nightlife.

Cons:

Basic stay, comfortably for a nights sleep but not a very pleasant experience. Elevator wasn’t working.

Schönes Hotel, mit gutem Frühstück und super Lage.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön. Auch das Frühstück war lecker. Die Lage ist sehr nah an der Partymeile (ca. 4min zu Fuß), trotzdem ist es auch abends in den Zimmern nicht zu laut. Auch die Bushaltestelle ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite gelegen.

Cons:

In der Früh ab ca. 7:30 Uhr beginnt der Lärm der Baustelle des danebenstehenden Hotels.

Nie korzystałem ze śniadań regularnie, zrobiłem to tylko raz i nie powtarzałem ze względu na jakość śniadań i formę rozwiązywania problemów. Trudno mi zrozumieć sytuację, gdy psuje się maszyna do kawy i wydawana jest zimna, po zgłoszeniu problemu nie ma żadnej reakcji, zadośćuczynienia, mało tego nie pojawia się żaden komunikat, kolejni klienci nadal wprowadzani są w błąd. Powinno być to rozwiązane w sposób profesjonalny, poinformowanie gości o problemie braku ciepłych napojów, o znalezieniu alternatywy, może zwróceniu środków.

Zaskoczyła mnie wielkość basenu.

Wprowadziłbym instrukcję obsługi Telewizora. Skoro obsługa nie zna systemu panującego w pokojach i instrukcji, jak włączyć TV w pokoju, to nie świadczy to dobrze. Dopiero 3 dnia doszedłem do tego, w jaki sposób działa TV, a pytałem o to obsługę wcześniej i nie otrzymałem odpowiedzi o specjalnym dekoderze.

Trudno mi określić porządek w pokoju. Byłem zadowolony z obsługi. Jednak w moim pokoju były małe mrówki.
