Pros:

The property is very dirty, from bedsheets to bathroom sinks, toilet, everything is covered in stains and corrosion. The furniture is eaten by termites, big holes in drawers.

I booked it as pre-paid, but when i went there the staff had no clue about the booking, the room i booked was not ready they put me in family rooms and then 1 day later, to a tri-bed room, the condition of both rooms were same as i mentioned above.
The staff on the other hand was supportive and accomodating, but the owner of this place is ripping people off their money.
