We were happy, but...
Pros:

The location and what the hotel offered was very good. We were happy with the breakfast and it was quite enough.

Cons:

The lighting and bed comfort in the room we stayed in were inadequate. We had to read QR code to clean our room, and when we forgot, the rooms were not cleaned.

A very enjoyable and delightful stay
Pros:

The room design was fantastic, and the size was more than sufficient. There were plenty of hangers, which was very convenient. The location was excellent—we could reach many popular spots in a short time. Access from the airport was also very easy. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Vienna.

Cons:

Despite everything, I understand that housekeeping staff are human and such situations can happen. However, when I first entered the shower, there was a large clump of yellow hair on the handheld showerhead. It seemed like they didn’t check it at all during cleaning, as it would have been impossible to miss otherwise.

The room—and the hotel in general—was also overheated. Even when we set the temperature to the lowest level, it was often too warm to use the duvet comfortably. A cooler and more adjustable environment would have been preferable.

It was also not ideal that there was no sheer curtain in the room. During the day, it would have been nice to spend time in the room without worrying about being visible to people in the nearby building.

Lastly, not a major issue but worth mentioning: the lighting. I don’t quite understand why hotel rooms so often have very dim, sleep-inducing lighting. A brighter lighting option would improve the overall comfort.

Incrível Hotel e tudo muito novo
Pros:

O apartamento é incrível, a cama é maravilhosa, tudo novo, inclusive tem uma coisa bem legal que é um toca disco que você escolhe um disco na recepção e pode levar pro quarto.

Os quartos e todo o hotel tem isolamento acústico incrível, então você não escuta nada de zoada na rua.
O café da manhã um dos mais completos que eu já comi.

Academia com equipamentos completos, sauna e banheiro maravilhosos.

Cons:

No meu processo de check-in, eu tive uma má experiência com a pessoa da recepção.

Não continuo ruim, porque todos os funcionários do hotel exceto ela foram extremamente gentis, inclusive o Johanes , por sinal foi a melhor pessoa pra evitar uma má experiência no hotel!

Super Lage direkt an der Mariahilfer. Schöne Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal.

Zimmer ein wenig dunkel und zur Straße bissl laut.
