It’s was very clean set up with lots of places to sit and talk at. The front desk was very nice at check in. Close to my aunts house who I was there visiting with. Nice a quiet never heard a sound in the hallway. Bed was great best sleep in a hotel/Motel I have gotten. Would stay again if I ever get up that way again.

The breakfast
The staff was excellent!!! Check in was fast.
When I went to have breakfast at 9:15 on a Sunday, there was basically no eggs, bacon, or sausage. The only ice machine that was working was on the first floor. The AC leaked all over the floor making the carpet very wet.
The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. "Chaz" at the front desk was exceptionally helpful.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Front desk staff was attentive and friendly. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very fine.
Our room’s thermostat was impossible to adjust. The front desk gentleman was prompt in getting the temperature up from 63 degrees, but overnight it rose to a very warm 75, then settled at 73 which was a bit warm but OK.
The pool was closed when we arrived.
The breakfast area was not well staffed the first day, but the food was fine. We had to hunt down plates, cups, etc. The second day was excellent.

first room smelled like a pet room, i could not stay in that room becasue of the dingy stuffy smell. and it did not have hot water, had to check out early.

Location, room size, & staff
Bed linen did not appear very clean, shower had stains on floor, shower door did not completely close. Bathroom floor didn't appear very clean/sanitized. Water drainage in bathroom sink real slow.
I have been dealing with a pretty rough cancellation through booking.com. The staff at the property have been AMAZING helping me through the process and going back and forth with booking.com. Monica especially has been amazing and done everything she can to help me!
