They stay was perfect and enjoyable. The front Desk Staff- Alana, J.J and Jess Awesome
Pros:

The staff was amazing they were very respectful. If you needed something they made sure they meet your needs and the time was very fast. I really enjoyed the fact they had the pool side for the children that was a really good plus for them and they were just overall the best Hotel I stayed at in all the hotels I been to this one took the cake for me. Thank you to all the front desk staff so friendly and kind. Thank you for making me and my family feel so much comfort there.

Cons:

There was nothing that i could say I did not like everything was awesome and great. #1 Hotel so far I wish they can have all other Hotels this enjoyable..

I had a good rest.
Pros:

I like it because it has nearby places to eat, you don't have to use the car.

Cons:

What I didn't like is that it doesn't have a bathtub. I love taking bathtub baths.

Comfortable but deceiving at the same time

I was not given the room I requested. I called in advance to ask if I can check in early and I was told I could at 3pm instead of 4pm. So when I arrived I was told I couldn't check in to the room I requested until 4:30pm. So I had to take another room that really didn't accommodate my guests. I didn't agree with paying for parking if I am a paying guest at the hotel. The elevators were not working properly and I was told by an employee that that has been an issue for a while now. So I had to use stairs and one of my guests has back issues which was not good for her.

Parking is one of the best amenities for me, and this property has a great option. Staff were very attentive. Breakfast bar excellent.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
