Decepcionante
Pros:

El lugar es hermoso. La ubicación es perfecta. La habitación es muy linda. Buena vista desde el balcón. Buena atención en general del personal, muy atentos. Solo me decepcionó mucho que no había spa porque estaba en reparación y solo me avisaron luego de pagar personalmente en recepción.

Cons:

NUNCA me avisaron que el spa NO estaba habilitado. En booking no había advertencia sobre que NO HABÍA SPA. Días antes me comunique directamente con la recepción y nunca me avisaron. Luego me comunique directamente con el Spa para reservar masajes, hice la reserva, y TAMPOCO ME AVISARON!. Cuando llegue, hice el checkin, pagué, y solo después de pagar me dijeron que no había Spa. MUY DECEPCIONANTE. Fui muchas veces a este hotel, es la primera vez que me pasa algo así. Me quede porque a último momento no iba a ir a buscar otro lugar.

Excelente el lugar las instalaciones y fundamentalmente el trato del personal, excelente

Cons:

Lamentablemente estaba fuera de servicio la pileta cubierta y el gimnasio prácticamente sin equipamiento porque estaban reparando las maquinas
