Modern hotel close to the centre of Moab, but loud as on main road
Pros:

- bed was very comfortable
- modern hotel
- close to center of Moab and next to a supermarket / petrol station
- has a pool and hot tub and towels provided
- staff let us check in early which was very kind

Cons:

- it is located next to the main road so is very loud
- bugs in the pool / pool needs to be cleaned
- access to the pool area is through the parking lot, it would be better if it was connected to the hotel via a private walkway or something like that

Loved the room beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and the pool and jacuzzi (hot tub) with views of the mountains. Excellent staff at reception enabled an extra bed.

Cons:

The worst part happened after check-out. We accidentally left our passports locked in the room safe. I called the same day, but the male staff member on duty was dismissive, claiming the cleaning routine included checking the safe and that they found nothing. He repeatedly refused to check the room again because it was occupied, even after multiple calls at different hours. It was only when a female staff member answered and saw my wife in tears out of desperation that they finally agreed to check. The passports were exactly where we said they were: in the safe.

This level of service is garbage. The staff showed zero concern for a critical situation involving legal documents. I will never return.

Pros:

I love almost everything about it! The use of space (inside and out), the sofa bed, the table, the bench, the shower, the kitchenette setup. It’s all really great!
