Room and room amenities. Spacious and all the living needs for a few days stay
The staff. Basically there seemed to be none other then the front desk kids who handed us a piece of paper upon check in and said here’s a link to all we need to know
The property is very clean, rooms are spacious and it is walking distance to downtown
I booked this hotel based on previous Gravity Haus experiences in Truckee, but I did not see the value of the extra cost in Moab. Gravity Haus in Truckee has significantly better services, facilities, etc. e.g. in Moab, the pool is located separately from the hotel in the back of the parking lot, which means you need to go to the street to access it, the coffee shop is small with no very good breakfast options, closes at 11am and it overpriced for what it is, working space is not good and the staff is not knowledgeable of things to do, etc. Additionally, although there are many places in Moab, there is no bike rentals of much information at the hotel about what to do in town and most of the time reception is by calling the ring.
Great location. Nice room and facilities. Felt like a great stay for the price. Breakfast is really good even if you do have to pay for it.

Le bruit car l'hôtel est positionné au bord de la route qui est très fréquentée.
La nuitée reste chère mais se sont les prix pratiqués aux Etats Unis.
Biked here through San Jun huts. Liked that there is bike storage in the room for that. They also have a bike cleaning station and tools so we could all clean our bikes and fix them.
Pool is a walk across a parking lot, would have been better if it was part of the actual hotel.
The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I love staying at the boutique hotel because everything in the room is intentional. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.
I could hear people walking around in the room above our room. It didn't bother me that much but if you're sensitive, it might bother you.
