Cons:

部屋の匂いが気になる。
換気しようと窓を開けると隣の飲食店の匂いかすごい匂いがする。
閉め切っていてもなんか食品の匂いがするのでもっと芳香剤や消臭剤を置くなど工夫が必要だと思う。

Would stay again.
Pros:

Clean, specious and quiet. Close proximity to public transportation. Great to have washing machine and dryer when travelling with kids. The room had everything we needed.

Pros:

Grote kamer met wasmachine en keuken

Cons:

Tijdens het digitale inchecken was niemand bereikbaar voor hun video check, waardoor ik niet kon inchecken. Dit heeft een uur geduurd, nadat ik hulp bij een ander hotel vroeg kon ik eindelijk naar binnen.

Daarna heeft het hotel s nachts, terwijl ik er verbleef, mijn gehele boeking geannuleerd. Men spreekt geen Engels, dus men wil alles via het scherm afhandelen.

Ik had om een rustige kamer gevraagd, maar zat naast het einde van een tunnel/doorgaande weg. Tenslotte deed de airco het niet.

スタジアムシティに行く目的（サッカー、バスケ観戦）にはドンピシャ
Pros:

スタジアムシティに近い。徒歩2分くらい。
めっちゃ綺麗、広さ十分。
ピーススタジアムでヴィッセル神戸の試合がある時は取らないでください。僕が取るので。

Cons:

チェックインがやや面倒。宿泊者全員分の記入がいるので事前にネットとかでできないかなー？とは思いました。

立地の割に値段が安いのと、快適に過ごせました！
Pros:

ネット環境が良かったのと、洗濯できてお風呂場で干すことができたこと！あと冷蔵庫には何もなかったですが、徒歩圏内にスーパーがあったので良かったです！

Cons:

チェックインが全員分の入力しないと行けない為、人数が多かったら入り口が狭い為大変でした。
