Innovative with a keen sense for room design and affordable with loads of friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

The rooms were pretty. Check-in and check-out were quick and innovative. iPad to control lights and other aspects was innovative. Wifi was easy to setup. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was improved compared to last time I stayed.

Cons:

The water in shower could have been hotter. The elevators often became encumbered because staff utilized the same elevator to do their jobs. Rooms could be a little small though still gorgeously designed. Maybe some closets to facilitate stowing away suitcases easier.

Good for a quick work trip for a single person - not for families
Pros:

Location was superb for Brickell and the hotel was exactly like the other CItizen M properties.

Cons:

The ironing room per facility is a big shortcoming along with a very sparse gym which is made to look substantially better in photos thanks to a mirror

Great location, quirky place but fun
Pros:

Great location. Quirky check-in process that was doomed to fail was trying to be too clever and too self-service. Didn't see anyone check in without asking a staff member to help. Quirky room layout which I quite liked - the room reminded me of being on a cruise ship. Loved the pool on the roof!

Pros:

A cama e os travesseiros são realmente muito bons; a localização é extremamente boa, no coração de Brickell

Cons:

O quarto é bem pequeno; acho que eles pecam por oferecer apenas 1 tipo de travesseiro (muito muito alto). A academia é realmente muito ruim, tem aparelhos que quebram e em vez de eles arrumarem, eles simplesmente tiram e não voltam mais.
