Cons:

Um pouco barulhento, o sistema de limpeza é confuso. Você agenda os dias que quer pelo app, porém nem sempre eles aparecem. O room service é lento e a equipe não é muito amistosa a pedidos, no meu caso era uma toalha, pois não haviam ido trocar (mesmo eu agendado). Achei o valor alto diante do conceito de hotéis inteligentes (sem recepção, moderno e tudo feito via tecnologia). Diminuíram a mão de obra, mas o valor é semelhante aos modelos antigos de hotel que conhecemos.
