Pros:

Clean no frills modern hotel located close to the tram from Lund C to ESS. Friendly staff. Good quality price ratio.

Cons:

This comment is only for people who train cycling while traveling for work:
There is a gym, but unfortunately it has only a weird contraption of a bike, not a proper spinning bike. The contraption has too wide too soft saddle, too high resistance (requiring 500W output at 90rpm cadence) and has two flailing rods that one is supposed train the arms with - the other 1/2 of the gym has plenty of better machines for upper body work.
I commented on this a few years ago and the hotel said they would look into it, but that unfortunately has not happened.
A spinning bike (metal flywheel, narrow saddle, no need for electronics) costs as little as SEK 5000, there is room for it between the rowing machine and the contraption.
Once they finally get such a bike I will rate this hotel 10 and stay here every time I am in Lund.

Second small shortcoming is that there is not enough choice of vegetables at breakfast, and one has to pay extra for espresso instead of drip coffee.

Overraskende bra!
Pros:

Fine rom, bra utvalg i «butikken» gratis kaffe og veldig hyggelig personalet. Og fantastisk utsikt på topp etasjen.

Crazy farger på teppene.

Pros:

Hotellet ligger i utkanten av Lund, men med spårvagn tar det ändå bara 7-8 minuter att ta sig dit från centralen. Modernt och fräscht rum med bekväm säng. Trevlig personal. Finns ett Hemköp bara några minuter från hotellet.

Cons:

Lite dåligt med förvaringsutrymme om man har en del bagage. Finns en skybar, men den är stängd på söndagar och pizzan var inte jättegod. Inte jätteimponerad av att någon öppnade dörren till rummet och sa att det var dags att checka ut, trots att det fortfarande var 30 minuter kvar till den senaste utcheckningstiden.
