Very clean and up to date facility. The only knock was the breakfast. Most of the food was gone and not being restocked, even had to ask for more silverware. There at least 8 people other than us wanting breakfast at that time.

overall we enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Location was good. Parking was a little tight with 3 hotels all butted together. Room was great with great features.

Cons:

The suite we was in had 2 queen beds. We understood they can only allow 4 in a room. But we asked for a rollaway bed. The clerk was a little snotty when telling us that we could only have 4 people. We did only have 4 but we have 2 very large teenagers that don't fit well in 1 queen size bed together. So we had to go purchase an air mattress for one to sleep on the floor. So instead of the quick snip we got she could have maybe asked how they could help if they could. The room where the pool was located was unbearably hot but the water in the pool was cold.

Pros:

For $220 for one night & the pool to be ice cold, breakfast was "ok", had to ask for extra towels, stood & waited 10 minutes at the desk for an employee. A little steep on price per night.

This is a newer hotel but nothing to write home about
Pros:

This is a newer hotel but nothing to write home about. With the limited options in the area to stay for the nearby World Equestrian Center this is a decent option. We have stayed here multiple times and it is very consistent but not the most comfortable. Beds are very hard and linens are of average quality. Also the hvac is terrible making it difficult to sleep. It is nice the have a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator.

THE ONLY HOTEL TO STAY AT IN WILMINGTON, OHIO
Pros:

Another EXCELLENT stay at the TownePlace Suites Dayton Wilmington!

Everyone at the hotel with whom we interacted:

front desk - Theresa, Tracy, Angie, Megan and Gwyn,
breakfast area - John,
housekeeping - Becky and her staff,

are AMAZING!

Everyone is very friendly, courteous and helpful.

There is always someone at the front desk to answer any questions and concerns we have.

John is always keeping the breakfast area fully stocked and neat.

Becky and her staff do a great job cleaning the room and replenishing any supplies that are needed.

The outdoor area, lobby and halls are spotless.

The room is very comfortable, clean and quiet. Good working refrigerator and microwave. No problems at all with hot water or water pressure in the bathroom.

All in all a WONDERFUL stay and we look forward to our return next month!
