checking in was the most difficult part because there was nobody at the front to help you pick up ur key after 4pm, but after asking for help from staff and customer service on the app, everything was a breeze. I felt like a princess in my room and i didn’t want to leave! I will come back here and I wish I wish I get the same room next time. Love you so much Dallas Sonder!

Lovely , clean property.

It’s really confusing figuring out how to get to the residents area. The instructions were not clear enough. The key fob didn’t always work. The bathroom sink hot water didn’t work. No ice to be found. Otherwise it was a nice clean place.

The employees were great! The apartment was spotless and great views!
Response time immediate. It great to load the Sonder app for messaging and requesting anything you may need.

Beautiful quiet and clean!

I only spoke w/one person, and that was about my reservation because I hadn't received a confirmation.
That's when I learned the location is a "self service" property.
This property is connected to a Hilton...thank God! They outsource a Valet company that was Awesome, along with their Security staff! If not for security, I may not have ever gotten to my hotel room!
I was expected to go down some stairs to a parking garage to get a lockbox key...while using a cane and dragging 2 suitcases!? I skipped that part, and Security used their "code" to get me on the elevator to my room!
The first thing I noticed in the room was a "key fob" left on the table. (??) Then, I noticed there was the prong on one lamp that was bent, so it couldn't even be plugged in! Also, there are no charging ports anywhere!
Time to exit...I look at the door for the instructions.
I'm supposed to take my key fob to the Sonder person downstairs, or be charged a lot of money.
I never went downstairs to get mine, so the one on the table must have been left by the previous guest, which means the room was not properly cleaned! So, I took that key downstairs, and not a Sonder soul in sight! The manager of a breakfast restaurant in the lobby found a some kind of key drop box on a makeshift desk, so I dropped the key in it and left! Once again, I never saw anyone from Sonder! Unbelievable! I will never go to one of their properties again!!!

Located within a hotel, which opens the door sometimes for you and sometimes doesn’t. The unit itself was cumbersome to get to but good directions were given. Once inside the unit the furniture was dated and it felt barely cleaned. Beds were comfy. One was extra firm. Quiet tho for the best part. Would I stay again, no. This is my second bad experience with Sonder in a lackluster apartment. There are better companies with better units. I tried and won’t again. Orbitz doesn’t seem to care on customer service anymore so I hope this at least helps another customer because I for 1 read reviews. Best,

Booked here to spend 5 nights in Dallas. Good location and has a fully functioning kitchen to cook your own meals. The property is also spacious, safe and secure. Check in was easy would highly recommend.

The entire stay was great!! Parking was easy at either Valet or the oarking gatage around the corner. Our condo was clean and so much space for the 4 of us. The staff was AMAZING!!

The apartment I booked was very spacious. It initially had a smoke smell that was immediately addressed by staff that was onsite. I will warn that in order to get into this space-you will not be able to use the actual elevators off of the lobby. You have to go down a back set of stairs through a parking garage (at least a 3 minute walk) to get to the apartment. I found that the walk with older parents and lots of luggage quite difficult.

The property was amazing! I felt like I was in my own apartment. The amenities were awesome. I used the pool and was able to relax.

Not as bad as the other reviews say. Yes it’s slightly confusing but the instructions and guide are pretty clear. It’s only a slight walk and the place makes it all worth it. The staff is very nice and helpful!

Check in needs to be improved I got there at 4 and had didn’t get room until almost 5. I was so confused about check in process since I didn’t receive check in instructions until the morning of my check out. Getting in and out is a hassle. Parking was a pain.

Property was very nice, but parking was expensive

The place was very nice and spacious. I really liked this hotel, however my only issue I had was with the check out because there's multiple different things being said about how to check out the correct way. On the hotel door, it would say to take the keys to the front desk, at the front desk it says to drop it off in the drop box, yet there was a paper at the front desk that also said to leave the keys in the hotel room on the table. It was very confusing and I dropped it into the drop box since there wasn't anyone at the front desk when I tried to check out, however I still reached out to customer service and let them know I dropped it off in the drop box since I wasn't sure how to correctly check out, and apparently I was suppose to leave it on the table and if I didn't leave it on the table and didn't let them know, I would have most likely been penalized for it. That's my biggest issue and hopefully there's a more clearer explanation on what the check out process was suppose to be.

Enjoyed our time at the sports bar, great speakeasy, and diner. Also great restaurants near by.
