I enjoyed the clean room and helpful staff. Only thing was lugging the luggage down those particular steps was kind of annoying and the height of the loft ceiling for the bedroom was quite small (and I'm short myself).

Great being on the river staff very helpful especially Kasper nothing to much trouble but property would nt be suitable for anybody with a disability

Very unique apartments floating upon the river, complete with balcony. Wonderful bed. Not to far to the main old town square.

Me encantó, es un lugar en donde verdaderamente puedes descansar viendo las vista desde el río, súper cómodo, la recepción es muy amable. Es muy fácil trasladarse a pie a diferentes restaurantes o al centro, también está cerca una estación de autobuses que esos mismos te dejan directamente al aeropuerto. Lo súper recomiendo

We found this hotel through TikTok and we are glad we did. The hotel was peaceful, staff were very kind and overall just a fabulous stay.

Fijne en unieke locatie! Goede uitvalbasis om de stad te verkennen.

Personeel is behulpzaam maar niet altijd capabel. Meerdere vragen, waaronder waar kunnen we een fiets huren konden niet worden beantwoord. Dit hebben we uiteindelijk zelf uitgezocht.

In de ochtenden was het heerlijk wakker worden met de kerkklokken van de Wawel. In de avond was het wat luidruchtig vanwege party boats die voorbij varen. Als je een vroege slaper bent en met het raam open wil slapen, kan dit hinder geven.

Kamers zijn netjes en worden elke dag schoongemaakt. Echter hadden wij wel een erge rioolgeur in onze badkamer hangen. Antwoord hierop was dat dit te maken had met het weer en het water.

Verder is het ontbijt dat wordt aangeboden erg teleurstellend, maar hier is het hotel zich van bewust en zijn er mee bezig. Advies is om lekker in de wijk Kazimierz op zoek te gaan naar een ontbijtje, genoeg keuze.

Bij het Forum kan je gemakkelijk (bewaakt) parkeren voor 16 euro per dag. Dit is nog geen 5 minuten lopen van het hotel.

Great Hotel, amazing setting. Literally on the river. It was that pleasant i spent the one afternoon just chilling in my room watching the boats cruising past the window

i did not realize it is a floating hotel when booking.
It is a fantastic experience!

Draußen war es abends zu laut

En opplevelse å bo på dette hotellet! Koselig å sitte på verandaen og nyte roen! Kunne vært en felles uteplass på andre siden slik at man kunne kost seg i ettermiddagssola - ellers perfekt!

Amazing location. We were looking forward to wake up peacefully with the river views, and no rush since the breakfast was served until 1pm. Sadly that didn't happen.

After first night we got woken up by consistent knocking at 9:45. I woke up walked down only to be asked if I need houskeeping. Like seriously empty rooms are being cleaned at 12:00 why do you wake your guests upat 9:45?


Next day even worse at 8:30 we got woken up by a lady handing me over 6 bottles of water. I don't know if the lady did it to get tips, but all she got is not returning customers. I mean if I need something I would call and ask for it. I rather sleep thou.

When we were checking out I was about to raise this with a lady at reception but she didn't even ask how was our stay and started looking after other clients who drank the whole minibar. Other clients got 15 percent of on direct booking, we were not even asked if all was okay.

Our advice would be, use that do not disturb sign if you want to have a peaceful stay and you will love it.
