A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not admit the entry of children under 18 without the company of their parents, guardian or guardian duly accredited, in accordance with Law No. 30802. The location is great. Great Value. Check in and out were quick. The bed was large and comfortable. There is a safe in the room. It was quiet in the room. A large walk in shower with shampoo and shower gel provided. Plenty of hot water. The breakfast was good. Happy hour drinks were well priced. A water bottle dispenser in the lobby. They printed emails for me.

Clean, comfortable, and very well located
Pros:

A modern chain hotel that did the job it promised. Clean, comfortable, and a fair price. Excellent location, right in the centre of Miraflores. Also easy access from airport given proximity to the Costa Verde road.

En general son muy buen Hotel, y está muy bien situado, en cuatro ocasiones me he quedado allí en mis viajes de negocios a Lima.

Cons:

Reconociendo que muchas cosas del hotel son excelentes, definitivamente es decepcionante y supremamente, incómodo que el piso de madera en las habitaciones en cada una de las veces que he visitado, el HOTEL, lo he encontrado sucio, puesto que apenas lo barren, pero queda sucio. Al punto en que cualquier huésped que camine descalzo dentro de la habitación termina con los pies negros. Dude, reflexiona varias veces dejar este mensaje en Booking, pero con el agradecimiento que siento por el buen servicio que prestan y deseando que realmente puedan mejorar el aseo de las habitaciones para hacer la experiencia, limpia y confortable, decide compartir esta opinión de forma objetiva y respetuosa. Espero que la próxima vez que vuelva al HOTEL se puede verificar el cambio.
