A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not admit the entry of children under 18 without the company of their parents, guardian or guardian duly accredited, in accordance with Law No. 30802. Passei pelo hotel 4 X durante minha viagem de 20 dias em deferentes cidades e me senti em casa. Reservaram o mesmo quarto todas vezes. Guardam minhas malas todas as vezes. Tem estacionamento.

Acho que os quartos para frente do hotel são um pouco barulhentos, apesar do vídro com isolamento acústico, pq buzinam o tempo todo, é cultural. E achei que tem cheiro de mofo, no quarto 805 e 705, então fiquei no quarto 1007 que não me incomodou. Tenho sensibilidade olfativa.
E acho o café fraco, mas parece comum para categoria, pq ficamos num resort e havia diferença. Mas vale o custo benéficoo. fui atendida rapidamente quando solicitei ovos mexidos mais duros. Faltava fruta muito rápido e ficava esperando a reposição, não demorava. Acho que poderia ter pães como croissant ou pães doces.
Tem um restaurantes no térreo. Não posso opinar.
