Alles super. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. Wir hatten mehrere Häuser. Alles super sauber, wie neu. Schön groß. Frühstücksbox hatten wir nur am ersten Tag, war alles drin was drauf stand. Hatten an den anderen Tagen nur Gebäck, was auch gut funktioniert hat. Genug Handtücher in den Häusern. Abendessen beim Zloamwirt war sehr gut und gemütlich - täglich hat es irgendetwas außerhalb der Speisekarte gegeben, freundliches Personal. Gepäckservice bei An- und Abreise sehr freundlich und schnell. Nur bei der Organisation der Freizeitaktivitäten für Kinder, insbesondere beim Reiten, ist etwas Luft nach oben.
Wir wurden, von der Ankunft an sehr gut betreut. Rezeption, Hilfe beim Gepäck etc. Die Frühstücksbox war ausreichend. Das Gebäckservice in der Früh hat top funktioniert. Es war alles sehr sauber - wie neu. Tolle Chalets. Wir waren täglich beim ZloamWirt essen. Zur Standardkarte hat man sich immer etwas einfallen lassen.
Ein Shuttle zum/vom Schigebiet wäre wirklich toll.
Very nice resort close to Grundlsee. There are plenty of activities even in winter, such as skiing, ice skating, playgrounds, and an indoor hall. Our two-bedroom chalet was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The sauna with direct access to the terrace was fantastic—we could cool down in the snow. We can highly recommend this place.
A €300 deposit has to be paid at check-in. The parking area is quite far from the chalets, but the staff will help with the luggage.
