Pros:

The warm welcome by Staff & tasty warm complimentary cookies.
Also we were encouraged to ask for assistance at anytime
It was close to our 3 day Convention Venue & also Favourite Fast Food takeouts were across the road

Cons:

Not much room to enjoy in room dining for 3 adults and 1 child.

We didn't realize that when leaving our room for the day and turning off lights that we accidentally activated the do not disturb light and our room missed out been cleaned while we were attending a full day convention

Relaxing to the point of not wanting to go home.
Pros:

The follow up from the staff was excellent checking on my stay so far. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices and items to select from. My room was fantastic it was comfortable and after a long day and drive it was much appreciated.

Cons:

A note on the room service tray that indicated what you could do with the tray once you had finished your meal. It would have been nice to know if there were facilities available on check in e.g. gym.

If you’re looking for something unique and has that country feel? Doubletree by Hilton Karaka.
Pros:

We love everything. From friendly staff to the cleanliness of our room. The lobby was very welcoming with its own unique fresh smell every time you enter the hotel. Lifts were clean. Location is excellent being so close to the motorway for easy access to ever where that we needed to be at during our 4 day stay.

Cons:

We love everything. We stayed here 2 years ago and it’s still perfect in every way.
