Très bon emplacement
Pros:

Emplacement idéal à quelques minutes à pied de la plage (où il y a des transats privatifs à l hôtel). La piscine est agréable avec une belle vue. La chambre est petite mais bien aménagée.

Cons:

Le ménage n'est pas super bien fait, le sol n'était pas très propre, du sable était présent.

Très bien placé
Pros:

La proximité avec Ocean drive et la possibilité de tout faire à pieds .
Le prêt de vélos
La gentillesse du staff et en particulier de Julian ( jeune homme qui est là en fin de journée et en soirée. Très compréhensif pour notre anglais médiocre )
La piscine sur le toi
Merci d’avoir garder nos bagages quelques heures en fin de séjour .
A priori restaurant en travaux si j’a bien compris
À environ 100 mètres d’un loueur de voiture sixt où nous avons loué notre véhicule .

Czysty, pokój i łazienka , klima , ekspres do kawy , lodówka w pokoju , tv , internet po zalogowaniu . Wszystko jest co potrzebna . Obok sniadaniownie 8-17 dolarów, pralnia , 3 duże sklepy spożywcze i AGD w odległości 200m . Komunikacja uberem , liftem lub autobusem 100. Blisko do plaży

Not the best value for money
Pros:

It was ok.

Cons:

We booked one night before getting to the cruise. Room at Upsun hotel was very small. Windows in the room very big. Our room was at the corner with 2 glass walls. Overheat of the room due to big windows was not comfortable in the morning. It was not possible to mask windows to make the room dark.
Reception’s staff English was very limited.
The hotel is overpriced for what it offers, but I guess these are South Beach prices.
We won’t be coming back. We were at Moxy last year, and it was great.

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait, le personnel très agréable et disponible. Le prêt de vélos est une excellente idée, c'était génial.

Cons:

Le local d'accueil est très sombre et peu accueillant. Par malchance, les voisins de la chambre d'à côté ont fait la fête plusieurs heures de nuit. Nous avons été contraints de descendre à 1:00 du matin pour que le personnel intervienne. Mais cela a été réglé grâce à lui.

Comfy stay - would be perfect with a few tweaks
Pros:

The location is really good, rooftop is perfect for sunny days, staff is nice and helpful and the price for what you get is hard to beat!

Cons:

Really just minor things, no shelf in the shower and could use some towel hooks in the bathroom, minimal lighting in the room and the blackout curtains were hard to close.
WiFi is stubborn on the top floor.
Sound travels easily and the main lobby areas are quite unfinished.
I would still stay here again, don’t get me wrong!

Phone in room didn’t work at all.

Piscine non chauffée en février mais ça peut rafraîchir pour les plus courageux avec des bonnes températures ! Mais rooftop agréable

We love to try boutique hotels when we travel but this one was a miss for us.
Pros:

The staff was great. The room very clean, the bed super comfortable and the location was amazing.

Pretty much everything you wanted or needed was close enough to walk to.

Cons:

The property looked a lot better online. The picture made this place look very inviting but the registration desk was in a dark alcove and the previous Checkin area was no longer in use and looked odd in the middle of the other lobby that was no longer used for an entrance.

The room felt more like a dorm room with an outdated tv and a fridge that did not get our beverages cold. We used ice which you had to go to the lobby to get and they didn’t have bags for the bucket so they put the ice in the dirty bucket, needless to say we didn’t use it.

The bathroom was very small with not a lot of counter or shelf space. Super small and dangerously laid out little balcony. I peeked out but couldn’t stand on it, scary.
