Het totaalplaatje was acceptabel, maar niet zo geweldig als andere beoordelingen ons wilden doen geloven.
Pros:

Mooie kamers, mooi modern design.

Cons:

Het personeel was initiatiefloos en plichtmatig. Alleen als je ergens om vroeg werd het gegeven, ipv dat er vanuit de gast werd gedacht.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Herzen von Athen,ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel,das Personal ist super freundlich und das Frühstück ist super.

הצוות ידידותי להפליא, תמיד בחיוך נענים לכל בקשה. מאוד שירותיים, עשו הכל להנעים את שהייתנו

Cons:

בבוקר האחרון היו עבודות בכביש הצמוד למלון, התעוררנו בשבע וחצי בבוקר. זה כמובן לא בשליטת המלון, אלו עבודות עירייה.
בנוסף, במקלחת היה לעיתים ריח ביוב קל שחלף .
אבל לא משהו שבגללו הציון יפגע.

Pros:

Great location, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, very clean and spacious room. We absolutely loved the hotel. Near excellent restaurants, bars. Walking distance from historical places.

Nagyon aranyos személyzet. Kevés szobás családias hotel. Lokáció tökéletes. Picit talán zajos a sok közeli kocsma és étterem miatt de zárt ablaknál nem zavaró. Jó szívvel ajánlom.

Hidden gem in Athens.
Pros:

This hotel was a hidden gem in the heart of Athens. It was well appointed, location wise. It was quiet, which allowed for great sleeping and a lovely respite to the hustle and bustle of the busy city. It was immaculately clean. Great rooms with a small balcony. Air conditioning that worked!
We are a family of 4 ( two adults, two kids, ages 11 and 14yo). The staff were a Godsend! We arrived without luggage thanks to BAs baggage department losing our stuff. I was totally frazzled. The gentleman at the front desk helped up find where to shop for clothes and toiletries. He gave us specific instructions, found us a place to eat, and had us served beverages immediately upon arrival. The best customer service I have had at a hotel in ages. Highly recommend.
