On the positive side, I do understand and appreciate the new concept of the hotel. The location is definitely a strong advantage, as it is very close to the city center and it is easy to reach public transportation from there.
There were several things that disappointed me during my stay. When I made the reservation, the room I booked was advertised as having 21 square meters. To my surprise, the room felt significantly smaller than that, which was quite misleading.
Another issue was the cleaning policy. Room cleaning is only provided if you pay an additional fee. It would be much more reasonable if the hotel at least included a basic cleaning service once every three days.
There were also some practical problems in the bathroom. The water in the shower does not drain properly and remains on the floor. After a couple of days, this leads to an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
The room itself has many small lights that remain on during the night. It almost feels like New Year’s Eve with all the lights. Guests who are sensitive to light should definitely bring a sleep mask.
Another frustrating aspect was that there was no notice during the booking process, or at the check in, or some kind of information in the lobby that construction work was taking place in the building next door. The drilling started around 7:30–8:00 in the morning, which made it impossible to sleep.
The staff was really responsive regardless the fact that there’s no reception. Everything is online and very clear and easy to use. The room opens with a phone. Everything is spotless and perfect. The only thing you need to consider is that the room is not getting cleaned every day which is not a problem at all
The hotel was good, clean and reasonably priced.
The towels and bed sheets were not changed, nor were the rooms cleaned for 3 days.

I like the neighbourhood. You feel like you are a local in Athens. The modern and hipster details of the hotel was so cute to remember. Sustainable policies were also another nice thing to add. They provide yoga mats in the room as well as water bottles that you can use during your stay. There is a small nespresso coffee maker in the room and a small kitchen for basic needs. The room and the bed is comfortable. It is a cosy experince.
