Pros:

Being on top floor until I realized they don't provide a coffee pot in the room and if we want coffee must get dressed and go down to lobby & back up holding the uncomfortably hot cups. Never stayed where no coffee is offered in room. Many other problems with this hotel.

Cons:

Let me count the ways. Only one table next to side of bed. Water & phone go on FLOOR. NO HAND TOWELS. NOT APPROPRIATE #OF TOWELS. TOWELS UNAVAILABLE WHEN I ASKED. STAFF CARES ABOUT NOTHING. Had to download an app to use laundry room (not free) and of course the website was unavailable to get the app. NEVER COMING BACK.

Cons:

It claims to be "pet friendly" but once I arrived they turned me away because of my cat... They are not pet friendly!!! The clerk at the front desk didn't have authorization to issue me a refund 😕..... So I had to find another place late at night after driving all Day... 🤬
