Viajamos por trabajo tres personas. El hotel nos pareció excelente, con una ubicación privilegiada, rodeado de buenos restaurantes y de fácil acceso de diferentes partes de la ciudad. La atención del personal fue muy amable, en especial la del señor Miguel Hernández. Recomendamos ampliamente este hotel.

Great service and excellent location

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They were always available and more than willing to assist with anything I needed, truly top-notch service!

I stayed in the suite, and it was absolutely perfect. I especially enjoyed the hot tub and the steam room, such a relaxing way to unwind. The suite also offered a beautiful view of my Cali, ♥ which made the experience even more special.

The hotel itself is spotless, with a clean, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the lovely Cafe San Camilo, such a charming spot to relax and enjoy a delicious coffee.

The location couldn’t be better. It's close to everything you might need, from shops to local attractions. I hardly needed to leave the area!

I can’t wait to return. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—it’s truly a gem! ♥♥♥♥♥

Bon accueil et belles chambres. La suite rooftop ne vaut pas la peine...jaccuzzi non abrité de la pluie, baie vitree qui ne ferme pas, lit mou, pas de coffre fort, pas de table de nuit ni de chaise, pas de volets. Etage "privatif" qu on accede aussi sans clef par l escalier...
L ascenseur etait en panne a 2 reprise...6 etages avec les bagages, pas top. Tres bon petit dej au café du rdc.

Had a great stay, the hotel was very accommodating and made sure our stay was comfortable.

Room was clean but no storage and area was a bit noisy.
