Permanenza perfetta
Pros:

L'hotel si trova esattamente di fronte all'Arena e quindi perfetto se si ha in programma un concerto lì. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, la camera era spaziosa e pulita, con tutti i comfort del caso. Veramente ineccepibile!

The hotel is very convenient for attending concerts
Pros:

I booked this hotel because it is located right next to O2 Arena, where a concert was taking place – and it was the best decision! You can leave all your belongings and outerwear at the hotel and literally run across the street to the concert. The hotel even provided a separate entrance for guests, which makes everything extremely convenient: after the concert, there’s no need to wait for crowded transport – just cross the street and you’re already back in the hotel. 10/10 for the location.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend booking a Superior room with a city and arena view – the bed was amazing, very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The room was bright, clean, and also included a complimentary bottle of water.
Breakfast was a big plus: plenty of options and very tasty.

Cons:

Areas for improvement:
Late at night after the concert, I was hungry and went to the reception to ask if they had any snacks. Besides chips, there was nothing available, and the minibar in the room was empty.
There were no slippers or bathrobes in the room, which I found surprising for a four-star hotel.
Soundproofing could be better – you could hear what was happening in the neighboring room.
Overall, the hotel is very convenient for attending concerts, comfortable, and clean, but there are a few minor issues to be aware of.
