Lage war gut
Poslovno putujem veoma često i retko koji hotel uspe da ostavi ovakav utisak. Od prijave do odjave sve je funkcionisalo besprekorno — profesionalno osoblje, odlična organizacija i vrhunski nivo usluge.
Sobe su prostrane, tihe i veoma udobne, idealne nakon dugog radnog dana. Posebno bih izdvojio kvalitet doručka, izuzetnu čistoću i odličan spa centar koji je savršen za opuštanje. Ambijent hotela odiše elegancijom i luksuzom, ali istovremeno pruža osećaj potpune udobnosti.
Hotel koji sa razlogom ostavlja utisak vrhunske klase. Definitivno jedan od najboljih hotela u Srbiji i sigurno ću ponovo odsesti ovde.

The cuteness of the decoration, the comfortable bed, the rooftop, the bathroom, the general cleanliness.
When you really look closer you realise that everything is a bit artificial, tacky. For example the chandeliers in plastic. The breakfast is diverse but the quality is very bad except the home made jams. They were cleaning the room above or beside mine at 6.30 in the morning! (Very noisy) And the location is not the nicest or the more practical, though you do have bus 37 going to Terazije.
All in all it would have had a better note if considering the quality it was not way overpriced.

From the very first moment, everything was flawless. The staff is truly outstanding – professional, warm, attentive, and always one step ahead of every need. The level of service is nothing short of impeccable.
The accommodation itself is luxurious in every sense – beautifully designed, perfectly maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail reflects refinement and high standards.
The breakfast was exquisite, with a rich selection of high-quality options, while the à la carte dishes were simply outstanding. The spa area is a true oasis – elegant, serene, and perfectly designed for relaxation.
A special highlight is the view from the restaurant – absolutely breathtaking and a perfect complement to the overall experience.
This hotel sets a new standard for luxury and hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable stay.
It's an hotel with special decoration: all gold, big paintings like in a castle , funny and you see this only there.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt. Alles war auf höchstem Niveau – vom Service über die Sauberkeit bis hin zum gesamten Ambiente, das echten Luxus und Komfort ausstrahlt.
Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und durchdacht, sodass man als Gast wirklich alles hat, was man braucht. Das Frühstück war erstklassig – reichhaltig, vielfältig und von hervorragender Qualität, mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen und köstlichen Speisen.
Ein ganz besonderes Highlight ist der Ausblick vom Dach – einfach atemberaubend. Der Panoramablick über die ganze Stadt ist unvergesslich und macht dieses Hotel noch einmal besonders.
Das Personal ist freundlich, professionell und jederzeit hilfsbereit, was den gesamten Eindruck zusätzlich abrundet.
Alles in allem: eine ausgezeichnete Wahl und ein Ort, an den ich definitiv wieder zurückkehren werde.
Πολή καλή τοποθεσία, μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια απ' το κέντρο. Εκπληκτική η εμπειρία του spa και πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και με απόλυτη ησυχία.
Θα μπορούσε το πρωινό να ήταν λίγο πιο πλούσιο.

The staff, the spa , the size of the room , the location ….
When we arrived a bit early to the hotel, we left the luggages to walk around. When we checked in we found them already in the room. They left us 1 bottle of wine and macarons as complimentary. The day of the birthday of my husband they brought a cake with candle to our table. And the spa was very useful after walking all day long. This hotel elevated our mood during oir vacation
Breakfast could be prepared with better quality of food. The pillows were not comfortable enough.

Very nice, friendly staff. We celebrated husbands birthday and they surprised him with cake at breakfast. Very nice!
Hôtel merveilleux ! Emplacement excellent, petit-déjeuner varié et copieux. Le restaurant et les installations sont luxueux, propres et dignes d’un véritable cinq étoiles.
Transports très pratiques : un arrêt de bus (n° 37) se trouve juste en face et permet de rejoindre rapidement la place de la République, point de départ idéal pour visiter la ville à pied.
Le spa, la réception, le bar, la salle de sport, le restaurant, les salons et, de manière générale, toutes les installations sont vraiment superbes. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une amabilité remarquables.
Le rapport qualité-prix est irréprochable. Vraiment magnifique. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute. Une note de 10 sur 10 !
Nous n’avons absolument rien à reprocher. Cet hôtel a parfaitement comblé nos attentes.
