Хороший отель в старом городе. На крыше бассейн и шезлонги, очень выручает в жару. Персонал очень ответственный и отзывчивый, еда на уровне. В общем всё отлично.

Nothing to complain
Мы провели здесь неделю в августе, и этот отель заслужил нашу лояльность. Честно скажем: началось всё с нескольких сервисных недочётов — но то, как команда их отработала, полностью изменило впечатление. Директор по продажам лично взяла ситуацию под контроль, на любое сообщение отвечали в течение минут в любое время суток, а отель сделал гораздо больше, чем мы ожидали. Именно так должен работать сервис: дело не в отсутствии проблем, а в том, как люди их решают.
Расположение в Дорчоле идеальное: тихая улица, 10–15 минут пешком до Кнез-Михайловой, Скадарлии и крепости. Бассейн на крыше спасал в августовскую жару, ресторан действительно хорош (попробуйте каре ягнёнка), а для нашего раннего рейса организовали трансфер в 2 часа ночи и завтраки с собой.
Отдельное спасибо госпоже Невене Вучкович и команде ресепшн. Мы вернёмся — и уже знаем, где остановимся в Белграде.

We stayed for a week in August, and this hotel earned our loyalty. To be honest, our stay started with a few service hiccups — but the way the team handled them turned everything around completely. The Sales Director personally took charge, every message was answered within minutes at any hour, and the hotel went far beyond what we expected to make things right. This is exactly how hospitality should work: not the absence of problems, but the way people solve them.
The location in Dorćol is perfect — quiet street, 10–15 minutes on foot to Knez Mihailova, Skadarlija and the fortress. The rooftop pool saved us in the August heat, the restaurant is genuinely good (try the lamb cutlet), and the team arranged a 2 AM airport transfer and breakfast boxes for our early flight without us even having to remind them twice.
Special thanks to Ms. Nevena Vučković and the reception team. We will be back — and we already know where we will stay in Belgrade.

Limpeza do hotel imaculada, nota-se a atenção ao detalhe em todos os níveis.
Pequeno almoço variado, spa com condições óptimas, quarto muito confortável e bonito.
No geral foi uma experiência incriveis adorei a decoração temática mal posso esperar para voltar.
