Very pleased with this hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights during a short Easter break, to visit Belgrade and do an excursion to nearby attractions, and my experience was great. The hotel is unassuming and the street where it’s located is not particularly beautiful, but it’s rather central (I walked to everywhere; many restaurants within walking distance and places to go to for a nice run).
The hotel is very comfortable. You’re either going to like the decoration or not that much, it’s a matter of taste. Although not usually my style, it’s consistent and somehow it just goes with the hotel’s vibe.
The staff was top notch: everyone was welcoming and friendly, yet professional, and everyone spoke English. The quality of the service provided was outstanding.
My room was also very comfortable and spacious. I just found the room to be a little too hot, even though I turned the thermostat on the cooling mode and at our temperatures (maybe it’s faulty; room 701).
Apart from that, everything else was fine and I appreciated the little gifts they left at my room.
The breakfast was really really nice, and you have lots of nice options.
Same for diner (I ate there once when it was raining and I was tired from my trip). The food was delicious and the staff was always attending my needs. The room is also impressive and the view beautiful especially at breakfast time with the sun shining outside.
I went to the gym every day and it was great. Not too big, but you have all you need there: cardio machines, free weights (lots of them), kettlebells, cable machines, other strength training machines, mats… great!
Was hoping to use the pool, but simply didn’t have enough time with all my exploring!

Die Lage war super, nicht weit in die Altstadt.
Das Innere des Hotel war ein Traum, wie in einem königlichen Schloss. Auch der Wellnessbereich und alle Räume (Zimmer, Frühstücksraum, Rezeption) so gestaltet wie in einem königlichen Schloss
Sie haben leider beim zweiten einchecken, die Flasche Sekt vergessen. Haben zwar versprochen es wird nach gebracht aber leider erfolgte das auch nicht. Sehr schade.

The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and luxurious.
One of the highlights was definitely the spa and VIP spa experience. The spa area was clean, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The VIP spa took it to another level—private, exclusive, and incredibly soothing. It was the perfect escape to unwind and recharge, and I truly enjoyed every moment there.
Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

Allt var jättebra. Hotellet låg 15 min promenad från den riktiga stadskärnan. Det finns ingenting att anmärka på. Allt utmärkt.
Att det inte låg helt i stadskärnan, men det var svårt att förstå om man inte har varit i den staden tidigare.
