Ein sehr gutes Hotel für zwei Nächte!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, alles war sauber, und das Bett war bequem.

Nachts war es völlig ruhig. Ich habe nichts aus den anderen Zimmern gehört.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer auf der lauten Seite des Hotels. Dort ist eine stark befahrene Straße. Wenn das Fenster geschlossen war, habe ich nichts mehr von der Straße gehört.

Die Klimaanlage hat den Raum bei einer Außentemperatur von 30 Grad gut gekühlt. Deshalb war es nicht schlimm, dass ich das Fenster nicht länger offenlassen konnte.

Leider war die Bettwäsche unangenehm, weil sie nur zu 60 Prozent aus Baumwolle bestand und zu 40 Prozent aus Polyester. Wenn Bettwäsche nicht zu 100 Prozent aus Baumwolle besteht, kann ich nicht so gut schlafen.

Zeer slechte klachten behandeling.

Ligging en parkeren.

Helaas ontdekte ik de tweede dag, dat de afvoer van de douche ontzettend vervuild was. Het zag er uit als schimmel. Wij hebben dan ook niet meer gedouched en dit gereclameerd bij de receptie. De receptioniste zei allen dat ze dit zou doorgeven en in orde maken. Zij heeft ons geen andere kamer aangeboden of een mogelijkheid elders te douchen. Het was die dagen meer als 30 graden en dan is het absoluut noodzakelijk om te douchen. Door deze slechte afhandeling door de receptioniste hebben wij besloten een dag eerder af te reizen en om restitutie van de derde nacht gevraagd. Dit werd direct afgewezen. Wij hebben per Email om restitutie gevraagd en een aanbod gekregen van 10%. Dit hebben wij niet geaccepteerd en als belachelijk afgedaan. Na wat heen en weer gemail, moesten wij dit met Booking regelen daar wij bij Booking geboekt hebben. Dus bij deze verzoek ik Booking om ons een nacht vergoeding te betalen voor de niet gebruikte kamer en het grote ongemak niet te kunnen douchen met deze hoge temperaturen. Wij zijn benieuwd of het blijft bij heen en weer beschuldigingen of dat iemand voor de vergoeding gaat zorgen. Wij zullen geen enkele reservering meer maken via Booking tot dit is opgelost.

Für paar Nächte optimal da günstig und sehr gute Busverbindung.
Pros:

Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Parkhaus neben dem Hotel für 16 € am Tag. Frühstück war sehr gut. Betten waren sehr bequem.

Cons:

Zimmer sind klein, kein Kleiderschrank und kein Tisch. Tische im Frühstücksraum viel zu wenig.
