Quarto não ter geladeira / frigobar, então não é possível comprar água e deixar gelada para beber no quarto, nem comidas. Como maconha / marijuana é legalizada, você sentirá cheiro (como eu senti) vindo de outros quartos, não tem o que fazer. Banheiro grande, porém espaço do chuveiro é pequeno (espaço mal aproveitado). Pessoal deve levar o tablet pro banheiro e deixa cair, a tela estava rachada quando cheguei.

Etwas zu „high-tech“ und smarthome like im Zimmer. War lästig die Lichter nur mit dem Tablet zu steuern, da dieses auch ein paar Sekunden braucht um aktiv zu werden. Unsere black out blinds sind leider festgesteckt, sodass es die ganze Nacht recht hell war.
Aber das Hotel hat uns trotzdem sehr gut gefallen, waren nur Kleinigkeiten!

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay at Citizen M Hotel and honestly do not understand its high rating on Booking.com.
First of all, the information regarding parking is very misleading. The details on Booking, the email we received from the hotel, and the actual reality were all different. Parking is located in a public garage nearby and is charged either hourly if you leave and return with your car, or up to $35 per day. There is also no proper area in front of the hotel where you can stop and unload luggage comfortably, which makes arrival very inconvenient.
The check-in experience was probably the worst we have ever had. Everything is self-service with very little assistance, which is not what we expect from a hotel at this price level.
We specifically booked a room with a city view, but instead received a room facing the metro/train tracks. We immediately went downstairs and asked if it would be possible to change rooms, but were told the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done. As compensation, we were offered complimentary breakfast. Honestly, breakfast is something we could buy ourselves , what we actually needed was sleep.
After returning from a late-night event, it was impossible to properly rest because of the constant street and metro noise. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we spent several hours in the hotel lobby later that evening and saw many guests arriving, so it was difficult to believe that absolutely no room change was possible.
The room itself was also quite dusty and extremely small.(we expected it)For a short two-night stay after an event, it could have been good /if not for the noise issue.
Overall, definitely not the experience we expected based on the reviews and rating online.
