I stayed here for one night and i had such an enjoyable stay!! The room was perfect and the staff are so friendly, especially eslam he treated us so well I would definitely come again!!
they also gave us breakfast as we had an early tour and we would have missed the breakfast provided.

The refrigerator didn't cool down and the drinks were warm.

Our stay was excellent and friendly. We will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I enjoyed my stay at The Marina Aqua Park Hotel, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Also there is a waterpark in the back of the hotel, we didn't get to use it since we went in December, it seemed closed, there was a chair blocking the slide. It is very quiet around the hotel, which we was a great contrast to the hustle bustle we experienced in the other cities. The area around the hotel is still undergoing development and construction, so for food options nearby, there were none. There's a small grocery store that is a couple of feet away but that's all. We ate at the hotel restaurant, which was delicious, we also loved the wait staff. The hotel does provide a free shuttle that will take you to Old Aswan to their other hotel, and then a shuttle back, so we got to explore the other side of town. I would definitely stay here again, and maybe the next time we visit the mall/restaurants and other places will be finished building, so we can explore this area more.

Room service was appalling. Waited 1hr 20min for burger & Fajita.

Bathroom shower leaked water everywhere. Shower curtain 30cm too short!

Un hotel para pernoctar y dedicar el día a excursiones. Las habitaciones son ENORMES, y tienen todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo. El staff es muy atento y la relación precio calidad es excelente. No recomiendo el desayuno. Es su punto débil. Recomiendo este hotel con las condiciones mencionadas

The place, the location, the service, the rooms, the food and the staff were excellent!

Amazing stay. The staff and management are brilliant. They are always there to help us. We arrived late in Aswan city so they give us free private transfer from Aswan city to Aswan Aqua park. The staff is very friendly and geneuinely there to make ur stay brilliant. They booked us private tranfer to Phelis Temple and cruise from Aswan to Luxor. Awesome and thankyou to both staff and management of Citymax Aqua park and Citymax Aswan City for making this holiday more special.

As my heading states, Citymax is a comfortable, clean hotel at a reasonable rate. It is situated outside the city but on the upside, it is closer if you wish to visit Kom Ombo on the way to Luxor. I would definitely stay there at any time in the future. On a personal note, I have tried to reach the management on two occasions to follow up on a lost and found item but have not received any response.

De Hotel gebouw is bijna als nieuwe, de personeel super aardig en behulpzaam, en je krijgt gratis vervoer naar de centrum van Aswan, tot nu toe de beste hotel in Egypte

Someday this will be a nice property but not today. The staff was extremely polite and I really wanted to like this place but originally I was placed in an external entry “pool view” room on the ground floor. However Nothing mentioned that most of the park was still under construction and what was open didn’t appear safe to swim in (lots of bugs floating on top of the water. I could have dealt with not using the pools that but my original room had a broken TV and bugs surrounding the odd smell near the toilet. I asked to move and was relocated to a different room that was SIGNIFICANTLY better on the interior second floor. This property is in “New Aswan” which is no where near any services (literally nothing). The property does not serve alcohol so you would
Have to pay for a 35$ ride into town to get basic necessities. The hotel does have room service and the food was great. Again I had no quarrel with the room I ended up in but was shocked they even attempted to put me in the original room which was clearly not ready for a guest stay. This property did have the best wifi I experienced in Egypt but it was probably due to the small number of guests staying there which freed up bandwidth.

Dass erste Zimmer wurde nach Reklamation sofort gewechselt. Frühstück habe ich nur am ersten Tag genutzt. Außenanlage, Pool`s u.s.w. waren nur bedingt nutzbar. Der Shuttleservice war dass Beste, konnte ich immer nutzen, von Citymax Aqua zu Citymax City und zurück, auch mehrmals am Tag. Das Personal war sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Würde es gerne nochmal probieren wollen, allerdings in der Saison. Preis-Leistung war OK.
