Ha Hotel Mostar

Clean, safe and spacious hotel. 25min walk to old town or 5min drive. Breakfast included was convenient.

Not close to old town. Breakfast did not provide any friut.

The gentleman at reception was extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. We found the rooms to be very clean and spacious. The pool area was a nice addition. Breakfast was great with lots of choices of cuisine and coffees.

Good Hotel, good people, good food, good price...

Lovely breakfast. Friendly elf on reception. Very chic. Bit far from the city centre, so you'll need to drive or arrange a taxi.

The Staff are very helpful & friendly and we enjoyed our stay there. Location we good as it is a 30 minute walk to the Old Bridge unfortunately some of the footpaths are not the best but I would still highly recommend this hotel as parking was great

We had a nice sized room, great working AC, and the hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

So that I don’t forget, this place has heated bathroom floors in the rooms! Though the Ha Hotel in Mostar, Bosnia/Herzegovena would appear to be a budget hotel, the rooms are very comfortable and the service is exceptional. We needed to have laundry done even though we weee there only one day. The front desk arranged for us to receive same day service and had it back before we needed to check out!

I can’t speak highly enough about the staff. They went above and beyond in their effort to meet our unique needs. We wanted to go to dinner in the old
Town: our front desk friends saved address in our cell phones and told us where and how to park in a secure lot that is within walking distance from the pedestrian only old town.


Bed was comfortable, room layout was great. Breakfast was simple yet very comfortable and offered nice selections. Parking was simple. We arrived too late to enjoy the pool and sauna. We saw these facilities and they were quite nice. Location was convenient for all we wanted to do

Otel keyifliydi temiz olması bizim için önemliydi. Biz beğendik araç park yeri olması harika ayrıca sabah kahvaltısı açık büfe yeterince doyurucu. Havuz vardı kullanmadık ama güzel Mortar merkeze az uzak bizim arabamız vardı sorun olmadı taksi ilede gidilir. Çalışanlar yardımsever Tavsiye edeim.

Brand new hotel about a 20 minute walk from the historic center (or a cheap cab ride). Easy to park if you have a car (hotel has a parking lot). There is a restaurant on site (had a nice dinner + buffet breakfast). The pool, sauna and gym were not yet opened but once they are it will be a really amazing stay.

The historic district of Mostar is super busy so I am VERY glad to have stayed just outside of that area.

Excellent and modern hotel which is very close to the old town. Staff are very friendly (special Adin, Harris and Asim - apologies for the spelling) and helpful. We would strongly recommend this hotel and would love to come back one day.

The room had bad sewer smell from the bathroom. The sink cabinet was all wrecked

Hotel is nieuw, kamers zijn schoon, stil, ruim perfecte klimaat.
Ontbijt was perfect, ruime keuze.

Loopafstand naar mostar brug en de winkels.

Et veldig nytt hotel, men renhold og standard samsvares ikke. Rommet og korridor luktet veldig parfymert.
Fantastisk service og behjelpelig personale. Frokosten var veldig bra.
Gratis lading til el-bil i nabobygget var veldig bra.

Das Personal war super freundlich, sehr offen und zuvorkommend!! Die Atmosphäre war toll man hat sich wohl und sicher gefühlt. Niemand ist in das Zimmer gekommen und alles war top. Die Einrichtung ist auch wunderschön. Wir kommen wieder ☺️
