Pros:

Perfect if you want a place that takes away the noice of the city
Pros:

The cool pool was perfect in the hot summer weather, we got an upgrade on our room and it was very spacious and we had a wonderful deep sleep during the night.

Cons:

The breakfast was adequate but i would recommend to maybe decrease the amount of options and focus on the authentic bosnian breakfast

Excellent stay – Haris is a brilliant host
Pros:

We had a brilliant stay in Mostar. The hotel was in a perfect location, making it really easy to get around and explore the city.

A special mention has to go to Haris, who was an excellent host throughout our stay. He was extremely welcoming and even kindly upgraded our room, which we really appreciated.

The hotel itself had great amenities, including a swimming pool, and everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also really good with plenty of choice.

Overall, a great experience and somewhere we would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Mostar. Thank you again to Haris and the team for making our stay so enjoyable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Loved our stay in Mostar
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It was peaceful, comfortable, and a truly wonderful experience. The hotel has a very large parking area, and the restaurants serve delicious food. Overall, it was a truly excellent experience.

The reception staff, Mirza, Azer, and Haris (I apologize if I have misspelled any of your names), were incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly.

Congratulations to the whole team! We would be very happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The hotel manager, was very rude and seemed more interested in creating problems rather than solving them.

El personal fue muy agradable, facil de aparcar si tienes coche de alquiler y habitacion amplia

Cons:

El baño olia muy mal, habia fuerte olor a humedad en la habitacion, notar que habia moho en la carta, la cama tienes que hacerla tu, desayuno muy corto y la television no funcionaba

Pros:

Ubytování se nachází zhruba 2,5 km od centra města. Parkoviště je velké a nebyl problém najít místo, parkování bylo zadarmo. Ubytování bylo čisté a uspokojivé. personál byl přátelský a snaživý. Snídaně byla dobrá a nabízela středně dobrý výběr potravin. Bazén byl naprosto super.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, déjà ma deuxième fois ici. Propre et rénové. Petit déjeuner excellent. Personnel très bienveillant, en particulier Haris qui nous a beaucoup aidé durant notre séjour.
