The receptionist was helpful.
Rooms are dirty. Needs to do refurbishment with atleast the small basic amenities in the room. No emergency phone to call the receptionist or the room attendant. No basic toiletries kept which a normal low rated hotel does in the room. Fan, bathroom shower, tap broken and rusted.
The staff were pretty helpful, nothing bad to say about them
Cleanliness is absolutely zero, cockroaches everywhere, washroom looks like it was built 10 years back. No towels and bedsheets ,pillows everything looked old and degraded
