Pros:

Prima plek. Mooi en net hotel.
Wij hadden wat pech met een chagrijnige vent bij de receptie. Wou dat we nog een keer zouden betalen, terwijl ik bewijs had dat ik dat al had gedaan.

la atención y amabilidad del personal es muy buena!!

Lo que no nos gustó para nada y el comentario no es por rascismo, si no mas bien por motivo de educación y limpieza. Entendemos que va todo tipo de clientes pero es totalmente desagradable a la hora de desayunar que los huespedes bajen con pijama, sin acicalarse un poco al menos. Me era totalmente desagradable ver a una mujer con su pijama sin lavarse, otra con su bata de dormir y manipular las cosas que uno utilizará. Inclusive con las medias con las que duermen y sin zapatos. Debería ser obligatorio que el huesped baje con ropa. Algo así como en ciertos lugares que no le permiten ingresar en short o ropa de baño igual deben exigir educación y limpieza.
