Las habitaciones están ok a primera vista, sin embargo, no había cobijas (en Ríonegro son necesarias las cobijas) y una de las toallas de la habitación estaba rota. La ubicación es pésima, porque está en un sector medio deprimido, cerca de bares y cantinas - burdeles, así como del paso de los buses, lo cual implica que hay muchísimo ruido durante la noche y la madrugada.
La ubicación explica el precio del alojamiento.
La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos ayudó con el tema del pago ya que no el datáfono no estaba funcionando. También nos ayudó para conseguir un taxi que nos llevara al aeropuerto a la madrugada.

Clean and friendly staff, but I could not relax or enjoy the bed because the mattress and pillows were covered in plastic- any movement and all you hear was the plastic- impossible to relax.

Pros:

Excelente hotel, todo nuevo, moderno, limpieza impecable, atención del personal maravillosa. Lo recomiendo al 100% y lo dice alguien que es muy crítico. Lo único que mejoraría es que hubiera servicio de desayuno.
