Pros:

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación si te quieres mover en Miami ya que queda relativamente cerca del aeropuerto también

Yo me movía en Uber pero tambien está conectado al metro riel y al metro mover de Miami

El hotel tiene uno de los mejores rooftop de Miami se llama rosa SKY así siempre verás activad en el sector

Para caminar yo me fui caminando desde el hotel hasta el bayside fueron 25 min la verdad todo lo puedes conocer caminado

De brickel city Center 4 min caminado cerca de hotel también hay un supermercado así que si quieres un lugar para venir a Miami te gusta una zona con vida es ideal este hotel

Además las habitaciones son muy amplías

Pros:

Hotel was netjes, zag er mooi uit, heerlijk zwembed, goede bedden, aardig personeel, top locatie qua ligging.

Cons:

Ontbijt ruimte (zit plekken) zo wat groter kunnen. Zeker wanneer het spitsuur is bij het ontbijt.

Good hotel with an excellent location
Pros:

Fantastic location! Everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, the city center, and many other attractions. The accommodation is also just a short walk from the metro station, making it very easy to get around. A perfect place to stay and explore the city!

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the breakfast. I found the selection quite limited, and the overall service and assistance during breakfast could have been much better.

Mal trato y cobros ocultos

La ubicación y el tamaño de las habitaciones

Cons:

Te cobran un cargo adicional de 35 dólares la noche porque si, el personal al atender la consulta de a qué correspondía ese cobro fue extremadamente grosero, el tipo llegó a decirme que “no tenía tiempo para explicarme”, los desayunos son muy malos, si al final deciden que el mal trato y los cargos ocultos no los desincentivan de tomarlo porque la ubicación lo vale pues entonces tómenlo sin desayuno

Good stay, but could make improvements
Pros:

The location was an easy walk to some restaurants that we liked and was a fast drive to the port.

Cons:

We felt the beds were a little soft and we didn’t care for the pillows. Breakfast was limited and we didn’t like it that much. we also weren’t not aware that there was a $37 resort fee.

Excelente ubicación y una estadía muy cómoda.
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación: está a solo una cuadra de Brickell City Centre, rodeado de tiendas, restaurantes y muchas opciones para pasear o comer sin necesidad de usar el auto.

Nos alojamos en el piso 19. Si bien las ventanas son bastante altas y eso hace que las vistas no se aprovechen tanto como podrían, la habitación resultó muy cómoda y funcional.

El hotel tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Un detalle muy práctico es que hay estaciones de agua y hielo en cada piso, algo que realmente se agradece durante la estadía.

El desayuno es bueno y variado. Como comentario constructivo, me hubiera gustado encontrar más fruta fresca y ya cortada. Es algo que noté en varios hoteles de Estados Unidos: suele haber poca variedad de frutas en comparación con otros países. También sería ideal que hubiera leche caliente disponible de forma más visible, ya que actualmente hay que pedirla o calentarla uno mismo.

Más allá de esos detalles menores, todo estuvo muy bien. El personal fue amable, las instalaciones estaban cuidadas y la ubicación es difícil de superar para quien quiera disfrutar de Brickell y Miami. Sin dudas volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

Cons:

- Tenes cargo de 35 usd de destination fee si o si, aunque te permiten tomarte un crédito de consumo en el bar de 17 usd y por otro lado lo que no es muy cómodo es no poder disponer de tu auto sin avisarle al valet parking. Ellos tienen un vehículo para llevarte a puntos cercanos sin costo pero tiene. Disponibilidad y horario restringido
