Decepção com a limpeza e arrumação do quarto

A localização é perfeita.

Cons:

Tive um pouco de decepção com a rede Marriot, a qual sempre fui muito assídua. A limpeza deixou a desejar. Fiz reserva para 3 pessoas, uma com sofá cama, no qual meu filho ficou. Terrível o sofá cama!!!!! De quinta categoria, desses que o colchão afunda no meio. Detalhe: me entregaram uma sacola para eu mesma arrumar o sofá cama. Os lençóis sem dobrar, amassados, desgastados. Reclamei 3 vezes seguidas, mas não adiantou. A roupa de cama do sofá cama era aquela e pronto. Pior de tudo: todos os dias eu tinha que pedir arrumação e eles apenas puxavam a roupa de cama. Um dia, ficou um travesseiro no meio do sofá, com lençol por cima. Sou muito critica de hotéis, pois gosto de pagar e valer o que estou pagando. Esse foi decepcionante. Fora as amenidades. Fiquei uma semana e as amenidades só foram colocadas no primeiro dia. Outra coisa: um hotel de renome jamais deveria pendurar shampoo, sabonete líquido na parede e condicionador para economizar. Primeiro que acho nojento e deselegante saber que os hóspedes anteriores estava dividindo dos mesmos produtos com vc. As amenidades fazem parte dos mimos que hotéis de categoria disponibilizam. Não valem nada, perto do preço das diárias, mas agradam, sem dúvida!

El hotel es lindo y tiene buena ubicación. Está bien decorado.

Tuve dos inconvenientes: me olvidé un par de zapatillas en la habitación y me cobraron un destination fee que no correspondía. Ante mis reclamos telefónicos no obtuve respuesta. Tuve que ir personalmente a preguntar por mis reclamos y entonces me entregaron mis zapatillas y además me reconocieron que se habían equivocado en la factura y ordenaron el reembolso.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación si te quieres mover en Miami ya que queda relativamente cerca del aeropuerto también

Yo me movía en Uber pero tambien está conectado al metro riel y al metro mover de Miami

El hotel tiene uno de los mejores rooftop de Miami se llama rosa SKY así siempre verás activad en el sector

Para caminar yo me fui caminando desde el hotel hasta el bayside fueron 25 min la verdad todo lo puedes conocer caminado

De brickel city Center 4 min caminado cerca de hotel también hay un supermercado así que si quieres un lugar para venir a Miami te gusta una zona con vida es ideal este hotel

Además las habitaciones son muy amplías

Hotel was netjes, zag er mooi uit, heerlijk zwembed, goede bedden, aardig personeel, top locatie qua ligging.

Cons:

Ontbijt ruimte (zit plekken) zo wat groter kunnen. Zeker wanneer het spitsuur is bij het ontbijt.
