O ar condicionado faz um barulho terrível, o hotel não tem recepção no térreo, nem acesso para as malas (dois degraus difíceis para subir com malas pesadas) , nem maleiro. Tem apenas uma entrada onde o elevador vai até a recepção que fica no sexto andar. A piscina quase não pega sol. Nosso quarto não estava muito limpo, tinha uma meia suja em baixo da poltrona.
