You should be able to use the credit to buy snacks not just alcohol at the bar. The pool needs to be heated in winter. It's too cold

This hotel was in a great location, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Good shopping nearby. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable.The facilities were very good.
