The breakfast was value for money
Nothing really everything was spot on. But in the bedrooms, I think that there should be more tea, coffee and milk. Like me and my guest like a few cups a day and we had to ask for more because there was only enough for one drink. But everything was perfect

Location and breakfast.
Someone entered our room in the early evening with a key. We mentioned it to staff and they apologised saying it was an error with their checking system. We arrived back to hotel about midnight and couldn't get in. Neither card key worked. Had to go all the way back to reception to get the card key authorised, they had cancelled them, another error. In the morning after breakfast about 10am again we couldn't access the room. Had to go back again to reception and they apologised. No real idea of what was going on. We booked the room to watch the quarter finals world cup and due to not getting access to the room after midnight we missed the 2nd goal which was scored by England in extra time. My husband was at reception trying to get it sorted and I was waiting outside the room. To say we were both angry and disappointed is an understatement. All because of errors by your staff/checking in system. Not to mention the huge security risk of someone walking into our room. I was in the shower! If I was alone I would have been terrified. This wasn't addressed other than an apology. Please address this and contact me by phone or email urgently.
