Good location, very clean and great nights sleep.

The hotel was close to all the wonderful things to do and see in Chester. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a good bed and blackout curtains and very quiet so we had a good night’s sleep. The staff were all kind and helpful and made our stay fantastic. The food in the restaurant was great and there were many seats to sit and chill out as well as tables to enjoy our meals. I would definitely recommend it and would stay in it again if I return to Chester.
There wasn’t anything about the hotel I didn’t like
Hotel was clean, staff were nice and location was good
My room! Though it was clean and bed was comfortable the room only had a small window which overlooked the top of a car park and the back of a church with loads of pigeons around! I understand somebody has to have this room just sad it was me.
Central location,cleanliness, room decor nice, chocolate wafers gift for our daughter's 18th, quiet even though on a main road.
At check in and check out, neither member of staff, were very friendly or hospitable. We visited for our daughter's 18th, on arrival the welcome was very lack lustre, didn't explain about scanning room card to access lift, no mention of our daughter's birthday or general chit chat no eye contact etc. When we left, we felt like we were interrupting the staff member, like we were an inconvenience, she was quite abrupt with our daughter when she asked to buy a bottle of water ' it's locked' when she tried to open the fridge. We checked out online and handed our room cards in to her, but no comment of, hope you enjoyed your stay or thanks for staying etc ver!y cold!. Given the opportunity I would've aid that even with the air-conditioning on (which was very noisy), the room was too hot. Breakfast a little disappointing too no hash browns, no jam in the dispenser
