Lovely room, poor breakfast
Pros:

It has an excellent location, easy check in. Staff were extremely helpful. Not a great view but it meant a quieter room. Room was modern and clean

Cons:

Breakfast is poor. For that price you’d have a high quality one in town. It was cold, worst potato’s I’ve had, waiting on items and other left out to dry. For the price it was poor

Lovely break in Chester
Pros:

Central location, very clean comfortable hotel with pleasant staff.

Cons:

Room was a little too warm overnight. Breakfast choices limited. Would have liked more fruit available at breakfast. Storage space in room limited especially if staying for longer.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Fab hotel. Room was clean and had everything we needed. We got into our room early as it was ready which we appreciated. Parking was reasonable as we got better rate as we were staying in the hotel. Hotel was great location for going out and about. Will defo stay here again.

Pros:

Location was fantastic. Very clean nice smelling hotel with brilliant staff. We were attending a wedding and asked of the possibility of an early check in. Luckily this was able to be done.

LIKE Location, Staff and Facilities.
STRONGLY DISLIKE < COLD FOOD. I TOLD RECEPTION AFTER THE FIRST BREAKFAST THAT THE FOOD WAS COLD AND UNCOOKED. bUT THE SECOND BREAKFAST WAS WORSE;
