Brilliant all round stay - will definitely stay at this hotel again if visiting Chester.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. The hottest we have ever experienced in any hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Better menu for dinner, giving a bigger selection.

Pros:

We have stayed in this hotel before, but had a better experience this time than last time. It was in the right location not far the centre. It was a lovely get away with the girls. The bar area looked really nice, we didn't have a drink this time but will definitely will next time

Cons:

The Check in times was later. I understand the rooms have to be cleaned, it would be nice if you could have either a late check in or a late checkout.

Also it would be nice if breakfast was included in the price.

Marvellous city centre location
Pros:

Central location in the middle of the city.
Comfortable matras together with soundproofing guarantees a good night sleep.

Front desk staff help full and efficient.

Cons:
