We created a beautiful memories for my daughters 13th birthday 💕
Pros:

Everything about breakfast was good except for the eggs lol
My favorite part was the bed, blankets and pillows lol felt like sleeping on a cloud and my head was resting on an angel's lap lmao

Excellent Location, incredibly kind, helpful, friendly staff.
The outdoor seating area with fire pit & tables was phenomenal.
Service was outstanding for drinks & check in/check out. Even employees we encountered when walking outside of our room were engaging, memorable & made it our privilege to have stayed with you.

Cons:

Reluctant to say anything negative as we absolutely loved this stay,
However I found the beds were incredibly uncomfortable & couldn’t sleep.
Being disabled the bed wasn’t supportive enough,the pillows flattened instantly, tried using 2 pillows to get more support, not helpful & was easier to just get up to finish driving cross country.

To some up, I would absolutely stay there again
Pros:

It smelled very fresh and our daily housekeeping was excellent.

Cons:

Her last night there there was so much crazy noise, not due to the hotel, but just the motorcycles revving and so forth very late at night

Hyatt Place Polaris is an amazing hotel with an amazing staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the location was amazing. We went with friends to Top Golf and it was so close to the Hyatt Place. We also went to the Columbus Zoo and to the Lantern festival at the zoo in the evening. Best zoo by far

Cons:

Everything was fine. I suppose the pool could have been a little warmer.
