The fact my room had missing items and Heather the GM ans Devon the assistant GM are blowing it off. There was dark pub hair in the shower. They should get housekeeping squeegee. Then I got the craziest towel ever replaced the ones from the prior night after I told front desk NO HOUSEKEEPING AND I DID NOT HAVE A DND SIGN

Nicco and the front desk staff made us feel like family. They went over and above.
Pros:

The breakfast was not the "run of the mill breakfast you have at other hotels. Hyatt's breakfast was excellent.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff, but could have cheaper options for food and drinks.

Could have been great but ewe. Did not stay.
Pros:

I liked the location close to the mall, ikea, Costco, easy to get to. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind.

Cons:

We did not stay, dropped our bags off and continued shopping shortly after getting back we took our shoes off to discover our socks were getting wet and stained from walking around the room. At closer inspection we found dirty water was seeping up through the floors. Super gross. Immediately notified management who began the process of a refund on the room.
