Property was out of power, which was not in their control, but our stay included a complimentary breakfast the next morning and there was nothing. Cold showers and not even a complimentary bottled water for the trouble. I just thought the hotel could have had a little better customer service with the inconvenience of the power outage.

We will most definitely be back. Our next stay is already booked.
Pros:

We have stayed here a few times and we have decided that this will be our "go to" hotel when we come out to see family. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the friendliest, most helpful staff I have ever seen. From the front desk to the breakfast staff and the rest of the staff, everyone is amazing.

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect. We had an issue with getting the shade open and even when I tried to open it the next day it was difficult. Other than that, everything was amazing.

Nice hotel but they were not prepared for a busy day
Pros:

The breakfast quality was good. Staff were not prepared for the morning, and the wait was long for fresh food throughout the morning

Cons:

We booked for a little swim fun. The hotel did not share that the heater was broken when checking in so it wasnt an enjoyable temperature. Also, there were never swim towels available. We swam in the early evening hours on day 1 as well as the next morning, right after breakfast. We had to go up to our room dripping wet and extremely cold

Nice for a quick overnight stay
Pros:

Wonderful staff. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast selection. Great location close to everything.

Cons:

The only take away was the pool heater was not working so the water was to cold for the kids to stay. The pool was one of the factors in us choosing this hotel.

Breakfast was awful. Nothing but some cold bacon and old hash browns. We were extremely disappointed when we went down at 7:30am to find nothing truly offered.

The only good thing was the breakfast.

Cons:

The pool was dirty, cold and looked like a swamp. The wifi did not work except for the first hour I was there so I was unable to do my work. I was there for two nights and unable to complete any of the work I needed to do!
