Pros:

Property was beautifully renovated and right on the water. Valet available, small gym, spa services and small pool and hot tub. Views from our room were breathtaking. Everyone was kind and helpful. There was a fantastic restaurant on the first floor. Food was so delicious and the host and wait staff very attentive. I’d definitely come back.

There was nothing to dislike!

Voelde als een wellness met lekker eten en prachtige uitzichten!
Pros:

Locatie en inrichting, uitzicht op zee (vanaf kamer en terras) personeel, verwarmd zwembad, heerlijk ontbijt en lekker restaurant. Zeer mooie en comfortabele kamer en bed. Verwarmd zwembad. Kindvriendelijk.

Cons:

Ik kan echt niets verzinnen, het is aan de dure kant, maar we waren in het laagseizoen en het was het voor ons echt waard.

Everything.
The service is really on a higher level.
Facility was perfect. And the steam shower(many people called it "hamam" but it's not) is just best relaxation after long walk.
Amazing huge bed
Breackfest is also amazing. Also it's available from 8 to 11 AM.
Big parking. It's very important because of the small streets there.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderbar und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück, toller Spa- und Fitnessbereich, wahnsinnig schöner Ausblick aus den Zimmern. Die Lage etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums war sehr angenehm, nach einem kurzen Fußweg am Meer entlang ist man in etwa 20-25min in Chania.
