Sonder at LC Sobro

Great apartments and they're very well priced for Nashville, they're about a 10 minute walk to Broadway & Bridgestone arena. Nice little coffee shop/bar and restaurant attached to the apartments. Ubers are easy to get and food delivered too. Check in was a little confusing as we arrived a little later so reception was closed & we didn't realise that there were a few different 'LC Sobro' buildings but once you find it, the apartment is lovely, nice and spacious- great bathroom. All the basics you need in the kitchen. Tv for Neflix etc and a decent sized closet to store suitcases. We stayed for a week and would definitely stay longer

Booking was switched but the new apartment was perfect. So large and spacious. Perfect

The property was okay. It was a bit further from my destination than I thought it would be. It was also in an area that seemed a little shady. The bed mattress was comfy but it was low and the support frame seamed like it was broken. I was ok with it, but if there were 2 of us, it probsbly would not have supported us. The directions to get to the room, once in the building, were a bit confusing. I found my way after realizing they were wrong.

Walkable to all attractions on Broadway.

I love staying at Sonder properties; they are always su much more than a hotel, however, the check-in process is always frustrating, and if you have a question you can't just go to the front desk, as there is no one on-site. You have to find a phone number buried on small print, then someone answers in India, and has to connect with a local rep and then get your answer. it is cumbersome, but as I mentioned the properties are always very nice. Typically they have a full kitchen, washer and dryer so if feels like home. If you are able to bypass the lengthy check-in process and know that you are basically on your own then it should be fine. It is a balancing act.

A charming and affordable property with delightful little studio suites. It was comfortable, clean, convenient, and fantastic! I will be back!

stuff so great if you want it to be a little quieter. The Goat right by the restaurant has an excellent brunch.

Clean, spacious, and the comforts of home - from electric kettle to blackout curtains to sound machine. Everyone in building was nice. It’s apartment living in a city so be prepared for late night car sounds and footsteps above.

Only 15 min walk to downtown broadway area.

First time using Sonder, will definitely use again!

LC Sonder at SoBro was truly excellent. Very easy and secure entry via keypad to the building and apartment. We had 3 apartments in the building and they were all excellent. Spacious, comfortable and with every amenity you could think of. Having the washing machine and tumble dryer was really useful for our week long stay (a clothes airer rack would have been the cherry on the cake).

Customer services online app chat were responsive & helpful.

The gym in the building was superb.

The GOAT bar/kitchen round the corner was fabulous. Jacob really looked after us well.

The walk to Music City Centre was around 10 mins max and a further 5 mins to Broadway. E-scooters were readily available.

Stayed here with a few friend over the weekend for a football game and some all around fun. A bit of a walk to Broadway but it was definitely manageable. We all had a great time and didn't have any problems. Would definitely recommend!

Studio apartment was spacious, bed was comfortable. Location was very convenient and within walking distance of the Broadway strip. I would have given this place five stars if it wasn’t for a couple things. The first one being that we had no hand soap or dishwasher soap in the unit upon our arrival. We had to go get some ourselves from a supply closet down the hall. You would think that cleaning staff would provide some of these essentials at the start of your stay and you could replenish if needed. The second thing was that the main reason I booked this location was because it had a gym in the building for guests to use. I didn’t realize until we were there that you had to pay $15/day per guest to use these facilities. This was a big disappointment and in my opinion an unreasonable expense and money grab. While the location was convenient and the space was comfortable, I would prefer to stay at another establishment next time we visit Nashville.

With no reception on site and internet access very sporadic, we could not access internet most times from the flat.
We were locked out of our apartment two nights in a row and unfortunately for me the first night I left my phone in the apartment with the Sonder app on it.
It took nearly two hours the first night to get them to change the number for access, and on the second time I contacted them through the app. The information given to us to get into the apartment was no good and said that we could get an emergency key from a locked box on the same floor. The number supplied did not open the box so we could not get the key. We eventually gained access but it was a stressful two nights. We would never book Sonder again.

We enjoyed being close to Broadway and always felt safe. The place needs to be freshened up with some paint and the cement floor is absolutely awful and uninviting!
