Lovely place to stay in the sacred valley- excellent food (which is very important given you are in a rural area with limited places to eat), fantastic help staff (Gerry and others!)- there was a train crash while we were there and they went out of their way to call and confirm departure time for our train and arrange transportation. They also set up 2 day tour itinerary for us of the sacred valley- which was incredibly beautiful and informative- especially loved the ATV tour to moray which included a lot of the unbelievably scenic farm landscape. When we weren’t out on a tour or eating we were getting massages at the spa - which were great! And also loved to watch the llamas while laying by the beautiful pool! Highly recommend
Yang was very attentive and helpful with any questions we had, the food was delicious. Once again though Yang highlighted our dinner.
The hotel was beautiful, we were able to see and enjoy alpacas and walk around the hotel in the beautiful gardens, went to the restaurant and raul take of us majestically
Esperanza and Yang both served me on separate occasions and they were exceptional! Attentive to my every need, friendly, helpful and it was a pleasure to be served by them both.
Exceptional service, and meals were fantastic also.
It's a beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. It was close to the sites around the Sacred Valley. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
Great location to Cusco, Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. Dining options fantastic. Great variety of choices. Beautiful gardens, pool and spa. Great service and helpful staff. Clean. Relaxing atmosphere. A beautiful home base for your tour of Urubamba, Ollantaytambo, Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu.
This has got to be the most wonderful hotel in all of Peru. The air is fragrant with eucalyptus and jasmine, the river is running by, and the mountains surround you. Every detail has been carefully attended to. There are birds and flowers, beautiful sculptures and works of sacred architecture. The food is perfect, and as a gluten free vegetarian I had plenty of options, which is so rare! I was lucky enough to have a room on the ground floor (114) and I could open a door and drink my tea outside or take a few steps to the infinity pool, which was warm. Heaven!
An excellent tasting experience with Susanna, Yang, and the amazing Chef Ricardo. Ricardo curated a fantastic menu for us to taste. I highly recommend enjoying a meal here!
Very nice place! Comfortable ~
You can enjoy this place and peace!
And the the staff Gery Helpful and very friendly。
I highly recommend this hotel
We didn't use them
Everything is great. Highly recommended
This hotel is spectacular! If you want to unwind and relax this is an awesome place to stay! The grounds are beautiful to stroll around. Also, the view of “Veronica” is impressive from the entryway of the hotel lobby!
The rooms are luxurious and big! The bathrooms are like mini spas! And the view facing the river is amazing!
The restaurant serves up huge portions and everything my group ordered tasted wonderful.
Only 2 complaints…the breakfast we had was cold as the burners were not lit. Every dish in the serving trays was cold. Not sure if this was on purpose or just forgotten. Can’t confirm as we only had 1 breakfast here.
Secondly, this hotel is quite far from town or anything walkable. It is quite remote. You are literally stuck here if you don’t have a car. So if you are here just to get away and relax, that is perfect!
No puedes salir a ningún lado
The hotel is so clean, so friendly, Food is great. The quality is out of our expectation. Recommend. We will introduce to friend once visiting to Peru
This hotel is outstanding. Wonderful setting and service with a relaxed but professional manner.
I wish to particularly acknowledge the assistance of Gery, who answered my call when I experienced difficulty with the control of the aircon to my room. He was courteous and efficient.
From the second we got there we were treated like Royalty the staff was absolutely amazing! From the room service to the dining expierence to the gorgeous property we were so impressed. The service felt like we were being taken care of by family, 10/10 highly recommend!
The staff here are fantastic and extremely welcoming, we especially want to thank Moses who provided excellent service. Thank you!
The hotel/ lodge is in such serene and beautiful surroundings. The Urubamba river flows right outside the hotel. There is an infinity pool and hammocks for those who want to enjoy and absorb the beautiful surroundings. The rooms are aesthetically decorated and really luxurious. Great food and breakfast options. Eloy in the restaurant was so hospitable and took great care of us.
This is a very nice looking hotel; however, there are limitations to consider. It is located in a remote area so you are stuck at the hotel until your scheduled activity. With only 1 restaurant, food options are limited. The food was okay but nothing exceptional. It was disappointing that they did not offer free, accessible, purified water to their guests apart from the 2 little bottles you get in your bathroom each day (we didn't even get that.) This area is one where you must drink purified water and stay hydrated due to the elevation. Also, when we were there, our rooms were quite warm. We asked management if they could turn on the air, which they did. However, they did not turn on the temperature control only the fan. As a result, it was quite warm both nights that we were there. If we were to return, I would look for an alternative option.
The hotel felt like a sacred park. The sculptures, gardens location and service were superb. The food was delicious! I'd love to go again!!
