No me volvería a quedar y tampoco lo recomendaría. El servicio desde la llegada Fatal, el según upgrade pésimo, el cuarto olía a baño público, El servicio de los meseros fatal,

Lo único rescatable: El Spa (Muy Bueno) y La cena genial

Pero de ahí en fuera es una pena, porque es un lugar muy bonito

Y te mueres de aburrimiento, porque no tiene Bar y tampoco nada que hacer, porque está lejos de todo. No puedes salir a ningún lado

Muy buen hotel costo beneficio sacrificando un poco lo centrico del hotel a cambio de confort , piscina , areas verdad estar a la orilla del rio es increible. Muy recomendado.

Hotel muito lindo e bem localizado, mas cobra por tudo que se usa, piscina aquecida fogueira etc. Muito chato estar em um hotel desse nível e ter que pagar por tudo

Great service, excellent facilities

Rooms were really nice with comfortable beds. Hotel was very quiet which suited us at the end of doing the Inca trail. Llamas in the garden were a bonus!

We had a lovely stay at Taypikala thanks to the welcoming and very helpful staff (especially Louri)!! It was very quiet since it was the offseason. Every meal we ate at the hotel was delicious and we loved our massages at the spa. Since it was the offseason several things were under maintenance including the jacuzzi, the sauna, and the bar. Overall had an amazing time and will recommend to friends and family.

I loved this hotel! The place was beautiful, great view of the mountains, beautiful landscape. Definitely a great place to relax. The staff was also amazing! I received a few VIP perks: welcome chocolate mousse, access to a nice big jacuzzi and free upgrade to the suite with a huge jet bathtub. They also have a nice infinity pool and the hotel is close enough to town. Plus llamas and alpacas on their property for close up encounters.

El hotel es espectacular, pero no le estan dando el cuidado que necesita, los jardines estan descuidados y hay espacios necesarios que tienen deshabilitados, un hotel asi necesita tener operativo el bar y el espacio de yoga/gimnasio, es un desperdicio. La comida del restaurante riquísima pero el ambiente necesita q se aproveche mas y se tenga una atmosfera mas acogedora, ademas, l carta no tiene todos los platos que ofrecen y se desperdicia.

Un lugar excelente para descansar la comida y el personal en general de primera, fuimos 5 amigas y lo disfrutamos mucho, volveré!

This is a beautiful property nestled at the foot of a mountain and the Urubamba river flows through it.

Beautiful property, staff was excellent and it was very quiet and restful. My biggest complain is that everything cost extra: 20$ to use sauna, 20$ to have a fire, etc. The restaurant could also use some more lunch options.

There were also large groups coming through for what I can only assume is spiritual retreat? So we felt a bit out of place as they would take over the space.

The Deluxe suite with hot tub was shockingly in a place where anyone entering the hotel could see into your bedroom so curtains had to stay closed. The other "view" in the deluxe suite twice the price of all others was bushes and a gravel driveway, like a motel 6. The huge tv never had a signal. The interior hot tub I paid handsomely for was never able to be used to a water issue, and my bathroom was flooded in an inch of water and no one came to clean it up so it soaked into the wood underneath and caused a slip hazzard. This water issue made it where I was only able to take a 1 minute shower, left with soap in my crevices and conditioner in my hair and unable to brush my teeth. When I was encouraged minutes before the shower was fine and had plentiful water and not warned this could happen. The food was okay but 4 times the usual price for better. They claim I'm being refunded but at this point I don't trust them and won't be leaving until I get a refund message. The staff is nice, but it's not enough and not what I paid for. I won't be compensated for my travel and expenses to be here literally have zero basics other than a bed much less the luxury I paid double over others in the hotel with small rooms that enjoyed gorgeous mountains and river views. Sadly, I think you need to skip this hotel or beware that "deluxe suite" means you may leave with soap where the sun doesn't shine.

Incrível. Hotel super charmoso numa localização idílica no meio das montanhas ao lado de um rio de pedras. Quarto enorme e super elegante e confortável. Banheiro com banheira e ducha deliciosa. Toalhas ótimas. Roupão de banho e chinelos fofinhos. Otimos shampoo e sabonetes. Secador de cabelo de verdade- para mulheres. Travesseiros perfeitos. Muitos canais de televisão.
