Rummet var stort och rymligt för vår familj på fyra personer.

Vi anmälde från ett kryssningsfartyg så vi kom en stund innan ordinarie incheckning. Vi frågade om rummet var städat och om det gick att checka in tidigare. Rummet var städat och klart men ville vi checka in tidigare skulle de ha 70dollar vilket jag tycker är orimligt om rummet nu redan var färdigt.

Vi valde att betala för senare utcheckning men ändå kommer personalen och knackar på vår dörr strax efter ordinarie utcheckning och frågar när vi tänker checka ut. Det kändes allt som allt väldigt oproffsigt och inte serviceinriktat.

Very nice hotel.
Pros:

Very close to airport and restaurants are walking distance. FREE laundry. Breakfast was great. The bar had great drinks. Happy hour. Enjoyed the outside deck on 10th floor. Played foosball while drinking. Pool looks nice. (too cold to swim 64 degrees)

Cons:

We were booked for 2 king suites with view. We checked in at 5 something and were told they didn't have any view rooms left. We got rooms that were smaller with airport view. NO REFUND for different rooms.

Ótimo hotel em Miami: Conforto e localização perfeitos
Pros:

A propriedade é muito boa, a vista dos quartos é excelente. Eu e minha família nos hospedamos em um quarto e ficamos lá confortavelmente, recebemos toalhas extras depois de um tempo hospedados e a staff foi muito gentil. Mesmo sendo perto do aeroporto, não ouvimos barulho de aviões ou qualquer barulho que fosse incômodo. O café da manhã era maravilhoso, bem variado, com comida fresca e de qualidade. 10/10
