Cons:

Housekeepers didn't vaccum prior to my stay and there was nasty hair looked like pubic hair all on the floor beside the couch!

Otoparkı yok idi. Ve karşıdaki kapalı otoparka mecbur yönlendirdiler. Ve o otoparkın günlük kullanım ücretini aldılar. Bize daha önceden deseler otopark ücretli belki tutmazdım.

A fantastic family friendly location for stays before and/or after your cruise!
Pros:

Our stay at this location was exceptional! Room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. We arrived early from our cruise and the front desk staff checking us in was very accommodating; allowing us to wait in the lobby until the room was cleaned! We were able to check in a little early, so that was very appreciated. What was interesting is that this location has a large entertainment/bar area with a nice view, pool table and foosball table. The breakfast was fantastic! They had a large variety of options and even though the hotel was full, the breakfast staff (three ladies) made sure everything was replenished (during the breakfast time rush hour) before it completely ran out. I would have given this location a 10+ had it not been for an avoidable injury incident.

Cons:

The only reason I gave it an 8 was that my 7 year old grandson got hurt in our room when the marble slab for the windowsill fell on his leg. I call the front desk and was told a manager would be coming up, but we got no response. I had to treat his wounds using my first aid kit. I hope they affixed that slab properly so that no one else gets hurt.

Pros:

Nice location, great breakfast included with lots of different options . Spacious rooms and kitchenette is a great addition .

Cons:

I have to pay for every package received DURING my stay .
I am used to hotels charging if packages arrive before you are checked in but never while staying there . That was a big disappointment.
The hotel also only offered water to guests who were a certain tier in the hilton honors program.

La proximité avec l’aéroport et le Check in rapide

Cons:

Malgré une réservation pour deux adultes deux enfants avec un bébé
Le lit n’était pas fait et le lit bébé pas installé.
L’horaire du petit déjeuner est trop tardif pour les départs avant 6h

Cerca del aeropuerto, con shuttle gratuito y muy cómodo, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes pero sobretodo cómodo, limpio y
Pros:

Nos encantó lo céntrico que quedaba de muchas cosas (comida, mall) y cerca del aeropuerto ya que en dos días salía de Miami. Nos gustó lo cómodo que es el lugar y tranquilo para poder descansar.

Cons:

Lo único negativo y ni tanto es que en el baño en la madrugada vi una pequeña cucarachita pero fuera de eso no hay más ningún comentario negativo al respecto.

Our experience with this hotel was below mediocre.
Pros:

The room we were given was quite big and provided several useful amenities.

We found ants in our bathroom. The following morning even more ants found their way into our toiletry bags.
