Nice location for our one night pre cruise stay.. Comfortable bed. Friendly reception staff.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet food was OK but we did not like the paper plates and plastic cutlery!

The air conditioning fan in our room was very noisy.

Pros:

Customer service was amazing. Hassan and Ivan get 5 star rating from us. They were warm, welcoming, and super kind to my family. Thanks guys!

Cons:

The housekeeping team wasn't very friendly. We asked for extra towels and it took hours for them to arrive and the lady was rude. We had a room of 4 people for 2 days and needed extra towels. Also, the mattress was super uncomfortable.
