Pros:

The breakfast and location was good. The staff was welcoming and polite. The kitchen staff made sure that plenty was out and the counters stayed clean. There was enough room for our family to have a big breakfast together.

Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing hotel experience we’ve ever had. Our stay was uncomfortable enough that we actually considered shortening our reservation after the first day.

One of the first things that surprised us was that there was no complimentary drinking water in the room, and when we asked about it, we were told we had to purchase it separately. This is something we have never experienced before at a hotel of this level.

The breakfast was very limited with minimal variety and very few options available. We also found it unusual that the room did not include a safe for valuables, which is normally a very basic hotel amenity.

Another disappointing point was the lack of basic personal care items such as toothpaste and toothbrushes. When we asked for them, we were informed that the hotel does not provide them.

Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations at all. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel, and after this experience, we personally do not plan on choosing Hilton hotels ever again in the future.
