очень хороший отель

Cons:

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Lage sehr gut, aber das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Fenster leider nicht schallisoliert. Die meisten Zimmer sind zur Straße hin und die ist stärker befahren und daher hört man nachts Straßenlärm, was mich gestört hat.

Bellissimo soggiorno a Vienna
Pros:

Bellissima struttura e bellissime camere, spaziose, accoglienti , per 3 notti mi è sembrato di dormire in un palazzo tutto mio. Abbiamo alloggiato nella suite executive e il divano era davvero molto comodo. Tutto era arredato con gusto e professionalità. Bellissimo anche il bagno e la doccia.
Posizione tranquilla, in 10 minuti si arriva alla netta e in una 20 di minuti si arriva un po’ ovunque nel centro città.

Cons:

Piccolo disguido l’ultimo giorno.
Abbiamo fatto il check out e abbiamo lasciato prima la camera e poi i bagagli nel deposito.
Siamo nel frattempo andati a goderci le ultime ore in città . Nel frattempo mi arriva una notifica dalla mia carta dicendo che era stato provato ad addebitare 3,5€. In quel momento non capivo e pensavo fosse per il deposito bagagli (gratuito).
Quando siamo ritornati a prendere i bagagli ci è stato detto che dovevamo pagare 3,5€ per aver preso dal frigo bar un pacchetto di MMS.
Noi non abbiamo preso assolutamente nulla ma ci viene mostrata una foto della “presunta nostra camera” in cui c’erano delle tazze di caffè usate e un pacchetto di mms preso.
Tuttavia, non abbiamo preso né il pacchetto né bevuto il caffè in quanto nessuno dei due lo beve, quindi per forza di cose non poteva essere la nostra camera.
In un secondo momento, ormai lontani dalla struttura, la mia compagna mi fa notare che nella foto si vedeva il foglio dell’hotel con la password del Wi-Fi ecc sul frigo bar , quando noi lo avevamo messo sul tavolino in camera in tutt’altra stanza, quindi per forza di cose ci stavano attribuendo una spesa che non avevamo realmente fatto.
Se avessi avuto soldi sufficienti sulla carta prepagata , probabilmente , mi avrebbero detratto i soldi per una spesa che non avevamo fatto senza dare spiegazioni né altro. Non tanto per i 3,5€ in sé quanto per pagare qualcosa che effettivamente non abbiamo preso o usato.
Alla fine abbiamo spiegato alla ragazza della reception la situazione e non ci è stato fatto pagare nulla ma dispiace per l’inconveniente.

good value for the spacious room when visiting wien.
Pros:

the close proximity to train station was great. instruction to get in was thorough and made it easy to enter. the room was very spacious and clean. the art decor was nice and welcoming.

the shower drainage was bad and leaked water all over bathroom floor.

Haben uns gefühlt wie in einem Schloss.
Pros:

Sehr ästhetisch, alles sehr sauber und hochwertig. Ruhige Lage und von aussen sieht das Hotel aus wie ein kleines Schloss.

Cons:

Einzig, dass der Holzboden vereinzelt quietschte, was aber auch irgendwie zur Ästhetik gepasst hat.
