Grosszügige Zimmer, aber Schwächen bei Komfort, Zustand und Lage
Pros:

Gebucht war eine Suite. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, und eine ankommende Person konnte bereits vorab einchecken. Die Räumlichkeiten selbst sind großzügig geschnitten.

Cons:

Auffällig war jedoch, dass das Badezimmer im Verhältnis zur Suite sehr klein ausfiel. Freunde, die ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht hatten, verfügten über ein größeres Bad inklusive Badewanne, was in diesem Zusammenhang überraschend war.

Der Zustand der Einrichtung wirkte insgesamt deutlich genutzt. Bett, Boden und Wände zeigten sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren. Der Altbau ist grundsätzlich charmant gestaltet, allerdings funktionierte die Lüftung im Zimmer nicht. Gleichzeitig waren die Fenster zugig, wodurch es auf dieser Seite sehr laut war, da direkt vor dem Gebäude eine Straßenbahn verkehrt.

Die Bettdecken waren für die Winterzeit sehr dünn und wirkten eher wie ein Laken. Die Heizung funktionierte, allerdings wurde die Raumluft durch die fehlende Lüftung schnell stickig.

Die Lage ist nicht zentral und dafür verhältnismäßig laut.

Hotel carino ma troppo lontano dal centro della città, si trova in una zona residenziale
Pros:

L'Hotel è carino, pulito, ben arredato e soprattutto caldo. Il problema riscontrato è stata la distanza, veramente lontano dal centro, in zona in cui non sono presenti né bar né ristoranti. Tutti gli spostamenti con Metro.

Cons:

Veramente lontano dal centro; lo Staff poco accogliente e poco disponibile a dare consigli.

Pros:

Très beau bâtiment, accueil courtois. Chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Pas de bouilloire mais que l on a eu sans soucis à notre demande.
A 5 min du métro pour rejoindre le centre ville rapidement . Pas de petit dejeuner mais il y a un endroit à 3 min pour le prendre, très abordable avec un accueil sympathique

Cons:

Juste une fuite au niveau de la douche, sous la porte.

Pros:

Mooi ingericht hotel met een aangename, rustige ligging. Kamers zijn ruim en stijlvol. Ontspannend hotel om een toffe citytrip te doen!

Cons:

De ontvangst viel een klein beetje tegen. Je moest uit eigen initiatief vragen waar de faciliteiten zijn, of er ontbijt en dergelijke is. Aanvullend spijtig dat er geen ontbijtzaal is die niet volledig gecompenseerd wordt door het ontbijt dat gebracht wordt. Graag voor die prijs eigen keuze wat je als ontbijt zou willen.
