Great premium apartment and place a bit more out of the city, but worth it if you skip the noisy morning.
Pros:

The room/apartment was basically perfect. Almost everything added to a quality and premium stay.

Cons:

Unfortunaly the early morning was terribly noisy. Due to facing a street which has a tram there is always some passive rumbling. But there real problem was the street cleaning car, which made a terrible noise, coming back even between 7-8:30. I don’t know if this is every morning.

Sehr zentrale Lage, allerdings gibt es eine Straßenbahn vor der Türe, für jeden der leichten schlaf hat ein No-Go..
Sehr sauber und geräumige Zimmer.

Cons:

Personal war nicht pünktlich im Hotel, verstehe nicht wie man beim Check Out (07:00) noch nicht im Hotel sein kann. Notrufhotline des Hotels reagierte nie und hat auch nicht zurück gerufen! Sollte wirklich verbessert werden.......

Bellissimo soggiorno.
Pros:

Struttura molto elegante con una camera enorme! Letto comodo e arredamento curato.
Molto molto bella. C’era una macchinetta del caffè di cortesia (comodissima per un caffè al volo se non si ha tempo di fare colazione). Posizione ottima vicinissima al Prater.
C’era anche una sauna e una palestra a disposizione.

Cons:

La vasca era un po’ scomoda e si allagava sempre.
Poco luminosa (nel bagno non c’era una luce centrale).

Worst experience … unfortunately
Cons:

I didn’t even get to stay here, but this was the WORST hotel experience I’ve had. I booked through Booking.com and informed the hotel in advance that my flight was delayed, which they had told me to do so if I was arriving late (Check-in hours are between 2-10pm). They provided a night porter’s number and instructed me to call 30 minutes before arrival. I tried calling repeatedly with NO answer whatsoever.

When I arrived around 10–11pm, the hotel gates were locked and there was no way to get in. Another couple arrived and accessed their room via a lock-box code, an option I was never offered. They let me into the hotel lobby, but everything was locked and there was no one around to help out. It was such a frustrating situation and I I was left stranded at night and had to book another hotel nearby.

The hotel later claimed the self check-in option is only available for one room per night and that all other late arrivals rely on the night porter. If that’s the case, they need to ensure the night porter is reachable. I received my full refund but this was such an inconvenience especially at that time of the night in an unfamiliar city.

The rooms are clean, big, with enough amenities and a coffee machine, smart tv, the beds are big, the staff is nice. I recommend

Pros:

The room was beautiful and spacious. The staff were excellent! Location is also very convenient and in a quiet, lovely neighbourhood.

Cons:

It took a long time for warm water to flow in the shower, but I think that’s somewhat to be expected in older buildings
