Pros:

Das Hotel ist von außen sehr prachtvoll und innen sehr stilvoll ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß (35 m2) und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war perfekt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Doppelbetten grundsätzlich sehr bequem, jedoch für ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer zu klein (ca. 1,60 m Breite, eine durchgehende Matratze) und bestehend aus nur einer großen, dünnen Decke. Die dunkelbraunen Samtvorhände waren zwar optisch sehr hübsch, jedoch nicht sehr zweckmäßig, was die Abdunkelung in der Nacht anbelangt. Der Straßenlärm (Straßenbahn etc.) in der Nacht leider gut hörbar.

Pros:

Hotel qui est plus une très belle et grande bâtisse avec des chambres. Grande chambre et bien placé pour visiter Vienne. Bon. rapport qualité-prix

Cons:

Ce n'est pas grand chose, mais un peu bruyant avec le tramway. Des bouchons pour les oreilles et c'est réglé, même pour quelqu'un de sensible au bruit comme moi.

Pros:

The building is beautiful and the area and location is nice. The staff were helpful and sweet. The accommodation felt safe.

Cons:

It seems some of the interior design choices have been made prioritising aesthetic over practicality. The shower floods the bathroom easily. Theres only a big roof lamp and one battery used bedside lamp. Many floorboards were quite loose and made a lot of noise when walking. The floor wasn't very clean either.

The room wasn't soundproof, there were a lot of noise coming both from the corridors and the street. There's a construction right outside the window and they started at 7 am.
