There were bed bugs in my bed!!!!
I stayed here for 1 night, from the 12-13 of July, the recommended this hotel to me, for the high price you pay I shouldn’t have encountered this problem. On the next day of my stay I started itching on my back, I noticed this big red bumps that later were all around my body (back, neck, arms..). This facility promotes itself like high end/ class hotel, well clearly hygiene is not part of that service.

Dated, dirty needs maintenance all day over, has mold in shower, towels are old and cheap, they give you water from a dispenser, not very clean or convenient

Great start to our holiday

The stay was for utility. The rooms were basic but met our needs for a layover. Food price expensive

Une nuit à Cancun airport
Pros:

A côté de l'aéroport, pratique pour une arrivée tard le soir. Très grand lit.

Cons:

Salle-de-bain un peu petite, plus de produit pour la douche dans le distributeur, accueil impersonnel aussi bien au check-in qu'au check-out. Dommage pour un hôtel Hilton.

Location, comfortable beds, excellent staff
Pros:

The location was the best for us, loved being able to walk from the airport.
Beds were very comfortable.
The food in the restaurant was quite good, dinner as well as the buffet breakfast.
Staff in the hotel was very attentive and helpful. Marcial, especially, gave us excellent service, and was willing to help me with my Spanish.

Proximité de l'aéroport.

Cons:

L'hôtel ne donne aucun conseil pour venir de l'aéroport ni sur la manière de prendre la navette. Alors une arnaque est organisée avec des taxis. L'hôtel est au courant mais n'avertit pas les clients.
La piscine n'était pas en service.

Uninvited guests running around the room
Pros:

As we were walking up, large cockroaches were on the sidewalk to the hotel. At first, I dismissed it since we were in a hot, climate.. We got a room on the second floor, and within the first minute of being in there, we saw multiple bugs running through the room andhiding in the fixtures. Even as we tried to leave the room there was a bug in the doorway. We’re not from this country so we didn’t have many options and only needed shelter for less than 12 hours. We asked for another room and examined it as closely as we could.. I don’t think any of us are gonna get deep sleep tonight. I know I won’t .
