Cons:

Dejamos estacionada en el parking del Hotel nuestra Camioneta, hicimos nuestro check out y al llegar al estacionamiento vemos que nos habian chocado el paragolpe trasero de la Camioneta. Fuimos a recepcion a pedir ayuda y estuvimos con el encargado de Seguridad que solo comento que el Hotel no se hace responsable de lo que ocutre en su estacionamiento. Una verguenza el personal que no nos dio ningun tipo de apoyo.9

L’insécurité , le harcèlement des taxis en bas de l’hôtel , la non politesse des agents travaillant dans l’hôtel , le faite qu’on ne puissent pas manger ou commander dans la zone de l’hôtel

Suitable airport hotel.
Pros:

Super close to the airport. A very functional place to stay before or after a flight.

Cons:

Take an eye mask - the curtains don’t fully shut - and ear plugs - the rooms aren’t soundproof. Breakfast was expensive for what it was. We ended up walking from the terminal to the hotel, because we couldn’t get hold of the transfer upon arrival (despite pre-requesting it).

Beste Lage, wenn man z.B. eine Nacht für einen Anschlussflug unkompliziert am Flughafen verbringen möchte.
Pros:

Wir übernachten hier immer wieder gerne, wenn wir später in der Nacht am Flughafen in Cancun ankommen. Da es das einzige Hotel direkt innerhalb des Flughafens ist, punktet die Lage hier mit ihrer Einzigartigkeit. Das Hilton Garden Inn befindet sich fussläufig direkt am Terminal 2/3. Bei der Ankunft am Terminal 4 einfach das kostenlose Flughafen-Shuttle nehmen.

Location!
Pros:

Very easy to walk from/to airport T3 for International flights. Quiet room with all we needed for an overnight stay. First allocated room stank from previous smoking guests so we were given another room that was definitely more pleasant. Good shower, but all the shampoo and soap amenities were strangely on the wrong wall, same with washbasin, you had to reach far to get the soap.
The bed was comfortable enough, but we’ve had better.
Dinner in the restaurant was at airport hotel prices and the soup was very salty.
All in all location was the best thing about it.

Accès facile et rapide à l’aéroport.
La piscine et la salle de sport.

Cons:

Problème avec le système de clé. Nous avons dû attendre que quelqu’un nous ouvre la porte à chaque fois. Nous avons dut attendre plus d’une fois pendant plus de 10min que quelqu’un ne vienne.
Une solution devait être trouvée dans 1h, le lendemain toujours rien.
