Un hotel etape parfait et rafraîchissant!
Pros:

Super hotel pour une étape avant et/ou après un road trip au Yucatan. Les gens sont adorables, super serviables, la nourriture est bonne, la piscine relaxante, les gens de la réception trop sympas, la chambre spacieuse, tres bien insonorisée et les lits confortables.

Cons:

Le monsieur qui gère l’entree et la sortie des petit déjeuners est odieux! Il fait son petit chef, donne des ordres et des contre-ordres dans tous les sens et est mal poli. Tellement dommage!

Hôtel proche de l’aéroport
Pros:

Super hôtel vraiment en face de l’aéroport
Il dispose d’une navette gratuite pour amener aux terminaux mais cela se fait aussi bien à pied
L’espace extérieur est très appréciable pour se détendre avant un vol
La piscine et la salle de sport sont super
Les chambres sont spacieuses et on n’est pas gêné pas le bruit des avions
Le personnel est très serviable

Cons:

Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas compris dans le tarif de la chambre

Convenient to the airport.
Pros:

It was great and convenient, but the food at the restaurant was pretty bad.

Cons:

Dinner in the restaurant was bad and overpriced. Breakfast was expensive buffet only, but I really just wanted something light (coffee and toast) and the staff said that was not possible.

Después de que hice la reservación no puede comunicarme nunca con el hotel, jamás respondieron. Mi vuelo llegó cerca de las 2am tuve que caminar hasta el hotel con mi esposa embarazada y cuando llegué la recepcionista me dice que no hay habitación, pese a que mi reserva era no reembolsable y garantizada con tarjeta de crédito. Gracias a eso perdimos 2 horas de sueño más y tuvimos que gastar 40$ en un taxi, además de pagar una habitación bastante costosa que era lo que había disponible. Pésimo servicio. Lo desaconsejo totalmente y exijo una indemnización.
