Ideaal als je laat aan komt op Cancun Airport en pas volgende dag verder reist.

El refugio perfecto!
Pros:

La bienvenida y la atención de todos! Hasta el señor Rafael, el jardinero, me reconoce !
En resumen, llegando al hotel, me siento como en casa, con familiares, .,... Y lo más importante creo, es que no es para cumplir cualquier contrato laboral, es sincero!

Jajaja, ... Es que jamás tengo suficiente tiempo vacacional para disfrutar de mi estancia, ... Siempre está entre 2 vuelos, ... 🤷🏼‍♂️

Very good place
Pros:

Location was the best since we needed a place just to crash for a night ,the room was nice and clean, food was very good, e.g mixed grill and guacamole. Maciel was very attentive and nice with us, we will definetely come back here. Thank you.

Überteuert, abgewohnt und unfreundliches Personal

… wenn dann nur die Lage

Cons:

Leider sehr abgewohnt, einfach und für den Preis einfach viel zu teuer! Anrufe und Mails werden nicht beantwortet… Standen eine Stunde am Terminal 4 und haben auf Shuttle gewartet!

La habitación y las camas.

Cons:

Siendo un hotel de aeropuerto que no tenga desayuno temprano sino a las seis de la mañana.
Que llegues a las siete de la tarde y ya te digan que no hay transporte para el aeropuerto desde las 4 a las 8 de la mañana, y tengas que tomar un taxi por 350 Pesos. Este es un servicio básico para cualquier hotel de aeropuerto.
El precio es increíblemente alto para lo que ofrecen qué es básicamente cercanía del aeropuerto.
El hotel es muy ruidoso, te despiertas varias veces con gente que sale más temprano que tú.
Se aprovechan de la falta de competencia por lo que sería bueno buscar un hotel más lejano aunque tengas que pagar el taxi ya que aquí también lo pagas.
