Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional.

A special thanks to Anas, the owner, for his exceptional hospitality. He quickly helped us with an issue at the beach and even gave us a tour of the city, which completely changed our impression of it. We truly appreciated his kindness and care.

Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Het hotel was goed gelegen, vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid arabisch ontbijt. Alles was proper en helemaal in orde, heerlijk. Parkeren kon gewoon voor de deur.

Голямо разочарование
Cons:

Резервацията я направих 8 месеца по-рано. Парите бяха изтеглени от различна банкова карта, която не е посочена при резервацията. Няколко месеца по-късно опитаха да ги изтеглят втори път, вече от посочената карта. След като не са успяли ме заплашиха с анулиране на резервацията. Резервацията беше за две нощувки. СЛЕД втората нощувка, анулираха резервацията. Бях използвала промокод за награда, която след тяхното действие, няма да ми бъде начислена. Относно хотела нищо не мога да кажа. Не бих доверила съня си, на хора които си позволяват злоупотреба с банковите данни. Явно е, че за пари са способни на всичко. Внимавайте когато използвате платформата... факт е, че "бисквитките" имат достъп до всичко. Отпуската ми свърши, скоро ще съм вкъщи и първото нещо, което ще направя е да се свържа с адвокат.
