convenient location and friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were really wonderful and friendly. Omar (I believe I have that right) was our shuttle driver and took us to the airport - he was especially helpful and friendly!

something we wish we had known at check in - the shuttle, if available will take you to the beach or restaurants.

Cons:

our toilet didn't flush :( we were only there for one night so no biggie, we didn't even get a chance to let the staff know.)

Las instalaciones son muy limpias y bien cuidadas.
Las camas super cómodas

Cons:

El A/C de la habitación en ocasiones solía raro.
Y en el desayuno éramos demasiadas personas y no había donde sentarse a desayunar.
No hay nada cerca, forzosamente te tienes que mover en carro/uber

La habitación muy cómoda, amplia, limpia. El desayuno muy rico, variedad suficiente en los alimentos.El personal muy amable en todas las áreas.

Cons:

Que sólo nos dieran una llave para 3 personas y la requerias forzosamente para subir al elevador.

Clean and good breakfast.
Pros:

It was very clean and the breakfast was great and the pool
Is very nice. I enjoyed it and it was great for a solo traveller.

Cons:

I sent a message to ask about airport shuttle but they never answered me back. So I took àn uber but there wasn’t good communication.
