Nice staff, food and the environment
I would have liked to have a TV in the room
Nothing Much.
The track leading to the location from the road is the best example of a worst track. No sign boarding. Food is the really unpalatable. Ask for anything and answer is we do not have it. Staff is demotivated.

There was no power for most of my evening, which meant eating in the dark and having a cold shower. I would really recommend to the hotel to get a backup generator, to be able to deal with the frequent power outages.
Availability of hot water. Breakfast was fair. Our tour guide made up for all our disappointments by taking us to all the beautiful spots in Kapchorwa.
The people attending were friendly, helpful & pleasant generally.
The property is unfinished i.e. no door to the bathrooms and poor paint job done. The front doors lock but had there is a space between the lock and door. Very scary. The beddings were turned from white to off white with permanent stains here and there. The path to the room was poorly lit - short blue lights are impractical.
No where to place luggage except an impractical arm chair. Not many payment options - VISA machine dint work.
Stayed for three nights. Very friendly staff. Good location for visiting Sipi Falls and other nearby attractions. Great view. Able to arrange local tours with property. Good price for our stay.
Room could have been a bit cleaner and could benefit from attention to general maintenance. Would also be nice if the rooms could have a covered terrace in front as the large glass windows and lack of A/C means they can get very hot in the daytime.
Located right on the edge of a cliff of the Sipi 2 waterfall, where upsailing activity takes place, a nice and vast area. Modern concrete buildings are very well thermoinsulated to keep the comfort temperature inside. WiFi connection worked well even beyond the lounge zone. They have the guy who organizes tours around Sipi.
There wasn't a day that we had no power cut-off. One day staff told that we had to choose between hot water (heater) and electricity. We chose electricity but ended up without both. Hot shower we had only during 3 days. Toilet tank filled with water for 40 min or so with the sound louder than nearby waterfall as heard from the room) There was no any shelf or hook in the room for clothes, so we had to take chairs. Breakfasts are served on the basis of your orders, but it takes about 30 min to cook it. We tried dinner once, but it was the overboiled pasta with small pieces of chicken for 10 USD, the price for which you may have a very good meal in at least two other restaurants in Sipi.
The food was great. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the peace and quiet each night.

the staff made all of feel like home, I will definitely will return and recommend to friends and family. Delish was outstanding , went above and beyond
only thing is the sign at the entrance , we miss couple time because at night it’s difficult to see the road to the entrance

Nice place for a higher quality stay if you want an upgrade from backpackers. Quiet, beautiful view of the falls, great staff with guides on location ready and waiting to help. Food is good.
The usual - power comes and goes depending on the weather, same with hot water. Takes about a 15 minute walk off the road or a 5 minute ride to reach the place.
Very nice staff, manager, ktichen chef, etc. Very helpful. Beautiful scenary and view into the valley. From the resort we could also do a nice walk (3 hours) to the three Sipi waterfalls.
Restaurant and rooms need to be updated. Especially restaurant was a bit messy.

Nothing we didn’t like, but what one should maybe know: payment in cash only, thin curtain instead of a bathroom door
