Highly recommended if you’re looking for a nice hotel close to Disney.
Pros:

Really nice hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to good eating places for kids (pizza, wingstop etc) all within walking distance. 20 min car journey to Universal.

Cons:

Michelin star restaurant is a great option but not for younger kids … a more suitable / affordable option would be great for families. Not really a negative, more feedback!

Quarto amplo e bem cheio de amenities

Cons:

Achei os funcionários nada solícitos, tive um problema com a TV que não teve nenhuma atitude para resolver. Pedi 1h extra de late check out e não tive. Não senti nenhum esforço para tornar minha estadia melhor

Excelente hotel ha poucos minutos dos parques da Disney
Pros:

O Hotel é novo e conta com uma equipe incrível Destaque especial para a Nina , que não poupou esforços e profissionalismo sempre que precisei mesmo antes da chegada da minha família ao hotel respondendo prontamente as minhas mensagens através do booking. Agradeço também ao gentil e atencioso atendimento da Sheila . Quarto grande, amenites especiais, lençóis da marca frette , travesseiros novos ajudam a proporcionar ainda mais conforto aos hóspedes.

Better than expected
Pros:

(Almost) Everything was amazing and exceeded expectations.

Cons:

Minor issues in room- leaky a/c vent, broken light in bathroom, stuck bathroom door. Also thought restaurant policy of no shorts is a bit silly for Orlando but thats their prerogative I guess.

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at ette Luxury Hotel & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very peaceful. Hope and Ashley provided outstanding service and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Julia, our waitress at the restaurant, was fantastic - friendly, attentive, and made every meal enjoyable. The restaurant was amazing, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. We were truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. I have already recommended this hotel to all my family and friends and will definitely stay here again.
